Hotels in Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area, Beijing

I had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.

This time, I picked a really great hotel. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super helpful and polite. They cleaned the room spotlessly every day, and all the fixtures and fittings were new. The sheets and duvet covers were also very clean. It's only a 6-7 minute walk to Qianmen and Dashilar, and the hotel is super convenient for all the attractions. It's also very close to the Temple of Heaven. They have a washing machine, dryer, and even a humidifier, which is fantastic. There are many hostels and guesthouses in the hutongs nearby, and you can easily get to the Temple of Heaven and the Temple of Earth by subway. I also noticed a lot of families with children staying here, which I really liked.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing. It was my first time visiting Beijing with my family, and getting to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Nanluoguxiang from here was incredibly easy.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the metro station. It is also walking distance to Wangfujing Street, and is convenient to visit Forbidden City. It’s a budget hostel, so obviously don’t expect too much. The room is quite small, very limited space, amenities are decent but not diverse and high quality, rooms are not soundproof. But the hotel did its job though: clean, central location, and relatively safe. One thing I’d like to improve is the smoke in the elavator. The hotel has a no smoking policy but I don’t know why the elevator is full of smoke smel

This hotel was perfect for us! We wanted a place with a great location and affordable so we got it! It is true, the room can be a bit small but you are getting what you're paying, besides, we only stayed there to sleep which BTW was amazing since the bed was SO comfortable! And the staff was so lovely and helpful! Will come back for sure!

The Hotel Staff Is Really Friendly , they upgrade our room and give us souvenir from their hotel . The Hotel Location also near to everywhere wangfujing you just need walk around 3-5 minutes , Ms.Zoey really Kind and Friendly . And Mr.Henry Help Us booking our attraction to forbiden city and Tiananmen for free . The Hotel also gave facilities like transportation to great wall china , i booked this from hotel to great wall china .

This hotel is super nice, comfortable, and extremely convenient. It is very close to the metro station and within walking distance to a popular shopping street. The hotel is spacious, well-maintained, and offers unlimited bottled water refills, which is a big plus. They even provide free hand cream, a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Just next to McD! Highly recommended!

The location is great, inside the Second Ring Road, making it very convenient to get to the Forbidden City, the National Museum, Wusi Street, and Prince Gong's Mansion. However, the room is definitely not 16 square meters. There's only space for a 1.5-meter bed and one bedside table. Online it was listed as 16-18 square meters, but it's really pitifully small. The service on the first morning I arrived was just okay. Luckily, the autumn view outside the window was nice, and since I was only coming back to sleep at night, I was too lazy to switch hotels. The hygiene was also quite poor; just see for yourselves.

It was great, clean, and good value for money. I stayed here because I needed to go to the Forbidden City early in the morning. It's located in a hutong (traditional alleyway), but not far from the main road, and getting a taxi wasn't a problem. It only took about ten minutes by taxi or bike to Donghuamen. Very nice.

The location is fantastic, especially since I had an exam in the building next door. The experience was excellent – no noise at all, so I slept really well. Even during the winter holiday, the price was very reasonable. The guy at the front desk was super nice. I arrived a bit early and was so cold I could barely speak. Even though we didn't chat much, he upgraded my room right away, which I really appreciated. I heard the breakfast is good, so I'll definitely try it next time I'm in Beijing. I noticed quite a few Caucasian tourists, and thankfully, I didn't smell any body odor – thank goodness! That probably means the hotel's cleaning is top-notch. It was a really good memory. Outside the window, you can see the Chongwenmen commercial area, and there's a Starbucks downstairs that opens at 7 AM, which was convenient for grabbing a coffee in the morning when I didn't feel like eating.
