Overall, it was great experience staying in this hotel apart from a sudden bang and loud slamming door in the middle of the night. Great location and staff are helpful. If you're fluent in mandarin, be ready with your translator apps. Cozy and I love the tatami room.

They kindly upgraded our room as our room wasn't ready. The hotel is new with all the facilities in the room. Its a smart room with heated seat. The breakfast spread is good. The afternoon tea and snack between 9 to 10pm is cherry on the top. The staff pays great attention to detail and are nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The bed and pillows were also very soft and great quality. 10/10

This hotel was the perfect base for us to explore the city. The rooms were big and perfectly clean, with comfy beds. Staff was very friendly, and were very efficient to help retrieve a phone I forgot in the taxi. Communication is mostly with a translation device, which worked perfectly fine. Special mention for the extensive breakfast buffet, which was the perfect introduction to Chinese flavors for us. Can definitely recommend staying here!

The breakfast in the hotel is very filling, with large portions of vegetables and meat. The food is very satisfying. The service is very considerate and excellent. The towels are also disinfected, so you can use them with confidence. Friends, don't worry! The price-performance ratio is really high, and the transportation is very convenient. You can come and experience it! The space in the store is very large, the environment and atmosphere are very good, and the whole process is really comfortable. The hotel room was exceptional! Very clean, kind and helpful staff, and very responsible. I lost 1 side of my sock which I thought it’s accidentally took by the cleaning service staff because it’s the same white and I placed it near my used hotel’s towel. I report to the receptionist, less then 10minutes they found it and delivered it to my room by the robot!

poor service. they do not represent the services stated at the time of booking. the photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality. repairs have not been done for a long time. the shower is not fenced off from the toilet, so when you take a shower, water pours onto the toilet and puddles remain on the floor. There is very little space in the room, there is nowhere to hang clothes. For the money they ask for a room, other hotels provide the best service and conditions.

Superb, the hotel is simply, it's so big!!! First of all, the lobby is very big and clean, the floor is dazzling, the lady in the front office is so beautiful, the one wearing a dark uniform should be the person in charge, a little strict, haha! Secondly, the room is even bigger, more than 400 rooms, a bit like a suite, very complete, minibar is completely free, more suitable for families, there are dining tables and chairs, there is also a sofa in the living room, it is really comfortable~~Haha, I especially like the little rabbit in the bathroom~ The gym is not open yet, but the laundry room is awesome~ Although I didn't use it, hahaha Also, I accidentally broke my hand, and the waiter brother helped me disinfect and put on a band-aid (sorry)~~~ Next time I will come again, the waiter will receive me personally~

Facilities: The facilities are very new, just opened in 2024. The room has Xiaodu smart voice and smart toilet, which is very convenient. It is not noisy at night, very quiet. Hygiene: The room corridor is very clean, there is no odor, the floor is so clean that you don’t need to wear slippers, just step on it barefoot, it seems that there is floor heating, not cold at all. Service: The service is very warm and thoughtful, and the room was upgraded considerately, and the takeaway ordered was also delivered to the door of the room. Overall very satisfied, the location is also easy to find, there are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The location is amazing! All delicious food, takeaway delivery robot 🤖. The bed is comfortable and the whole head is comfortable. I am going to buy a set of the same one. I can sleep for 12 hours. The charger is easy to use. The evening porridge is delicious and comfortable. It is beautiful. I like it. I will come to Atour again.

as always, a stay that feels like home. hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. clean, cosy and warm for winter. convenient with a mart downstairs, local restaurants within walking distance and metro nearby.
