Excellent Stay at Huanyi Hotel I had a wonderful experience at the Huanyi Hotel. The service was exceptional — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, from the bathroom to the bedding. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

As a Muslim traveller, this hotel was generally a pleasant stay. There’s a 24/7 convenience store just across the road, which is very handy. The rooms are spacious with a massive TV, though it’s a bit disappointing that Netflix and YouTube are only available in Chinese. The bathroom and shower area are clean, though the open ceiling means there’s a slight water smell at times. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I stayed here with my wife, and we both found the staff amazing. Breakfast was decent — not many halal options, but the kitchen staff were kind enough to make omelettes and accommodate us where possible. The “gym” is quite limited and not really a full gym setup, and water bottles are restricted. However, there’s a big working area, bike rentals nearby, and the location is fairly good overall. The restaurant next door serves excellent food with great quality. China basically majority if not all Green Chinese writing shop is usually halal

This is, hands down, the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in the past two years. It genuinely offers fantastic value and quality. First, having opened just a year or two ago, all the facilities are brand new, smart, and convenient, and the rooms are completely odor-free. Second, its roadside location makes catching a taxi incredibly convenient. Third, the hotel is right by the side gate of a residential complex, so dining options are plentiful and convenient nearby (there's a Ziguangyuan restaurant just around the corner). Fourth, the soundproofing is exceptionally good for a hotel. I stayed for four nights and was never disturbed by other guests or outside noise, ensuring a great night's sleep every single night. Fifth, the staff are incredibly warm and the service is absolutely superb. They are highly responsive and go above and beyond to assist within their means – truly exceptional. The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but they do provide a shuttle service. However, as we were a large group, we mainly relied on taxis for getting around. A highly recommended hotel.

As new hotel. Great rooms and everything was very clean and quiet with lovely soft beds that we slept so well in. We booked 2 x twin rooms with no window and found the rooms to be great, especially after a day of sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful, though we knew no chinese. The hotel is located a short Didi ride from the metro. We opted for the breakfast on a number of occasions and found it to be good value. A good selection of food which we enjoyed. Nearby the hotel were shops for our daily needs and a KFC.

A Wonderful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (Beijing Panjiayuan Fangzhuang Subway Station) From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room with more comfortable beds, which was a lovely surprise. One staff member in particular, 小红, stood out for her exceptional friendliness and professionalism. She patiently answered all our questions and went out of her way to ensure our stay was safe and comfortable. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary laundry service offered by the housekeeping team — a fantastic perk for travelers who prefer to pack light and freshen up their clothes during their stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Many thanks to 小红 and the entire team for making our visit so pleasant and memorable!

I had a wonderful and lovely stay at the Nostalgia Hotel. The location, service and facilities were splendid. Absolutely enjoyed both Chinese and Western breakfasts, it's lovely that they have both options. The room was quite good and decent, it was also clean. Big Kudos to the staff and hotel for providing free laundry service. In terms of price and quality, it is a great choice.  Thank you so much to the hotel and staff. 

I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the city, offering both comfort and elegance that made my stay truly memorable. One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, which added a warm and welcoming touch to my stay. I would especially like to commend Vivian, who attended to me with such kindness and efficiency. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out and made a great impression. The facilities were top-notch, the room was clean and well polished, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was both relaxing and refined. I highly recommend Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

A truly excellent stay. From the warm welcome at the front desk during check-in, I immediately felt their enthusiasm. The dining experience at the restaurant was particularly impressive; the food selection was incredibly rich and varied. The buffet, priced at a very affordable 80+ RMB, offered a range and quality that could easily rival those found at international chain hotels charging over 200 RMB per person, with all desired categories well-represented. The restaurant itself was also very photogenic, though it was a tad too warm inside – understandable, as being a glass structure, it truly felt like a greenhouse!

This is a typical serviced apartment. The front desk staff were helpful in upgrading our bed type. What truly sets this hotel apart is its ambiance and diverse collection of decorative items. The staff at the front desk mentioned these were all from the owner's personal collection. I noticed pieces like lapis lazuli, malachite, raw turquoise, various root carvings, ivory carvings, and traditional Chinese furniture. It's clear the owner has impeccable taste. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay, and the service was excellent.

Booked the room for our guy friend to stay alone. I think it was good value for the location and the amenities of the hotel. Wasn't a big room but had a washing machine, fridge, table and sofa area in the room. Didnt have enough space for a big open luggage though, so my friend lifted his luggage onto the counter top table. There was a mall beside the hotel which had alot of food offerings. We had breakfast throughout the stay but we only went once and have to say that the food wasn't very nice though sufficient to fill the stomach. Saw from other reviews that the breakfast is always the same so didnt go again. Also during our stay we unluckily experienced the hotel's power outage exercise + food delivery robot spoiled, but this would probably not be a repeatable negative experience so the hotel is still a recommended stay in beijing!
