The hotel front desk is on the second floor. The lady at the front desk was very quick with check-in. The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities. There's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can get hot water directly. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food that brings it right to your room. Overall, it's pretty good.

This hotel is super convenient! It's right next to Lianhua Station on Line 10, and really close to Beijing West Railway Station. I even arrived at Fengtai Station and it was a direct shot on Line 10 – couldn't be easier. It's only two subway stops or a short bus ride to the Military Museum, and you can connect to all the other major attractions easily. Plus, if you want to catch the flag-raising ceremony, a taxi to Tiananmen Square only takes about 15 minutes in the morning. Overall, the transportation is excellent, but it's much quieter here than in the bustling city center. The hotel has a pool and a gym, which was perfect for my kids and me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. They also offer late-night snacks, which we usually missed because we went to bed early, but it's a thoughtful touch. And the 24-hour laundry room? That was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes clean every day – really appreciated that!

The facilities are complete and well-equipped. It's clean, tidy, and has no unpleasant odors. The environment is beautiful and pleasant. The service attitude is excellent, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It's a great place to stay for business trips or tourism.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the check-in process was very efficient. The staff member, Lucia, was particularly friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. Overall, it's good value for money, and my stay was very pleasant. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips and highly recommend it!

Location is convenient if you have an early train to catch! Room was decent as well - it’s bigger than I expected. My only comment is the smell of cigarettes in the room, which seemed to be a common issue for China’s hotel. Thankfully, the air purifier in the room works perfectly to remove the smell. Just to note, I made the decision to not switch room, so nothing to do with the staff. I am sure they have done all they can to stop people from smoking in the room.

I was very satisfied with the room size, which was 30 square meters. It had a window, so it didn't feel cramped and was well-ventilated. The two beds were also large (1.3 meters each), which was perfect for traveling with a child; after a day of sightseeing, the whole family could sleep comfortably. The transportation in the area is very convenient, saving a lot of time and effort when visiting the National Museum, National Library, Military Museum, and West Station. There are also many dining options nearby, and they are clean, hygienic, and legitimate establishments. All in all, staying here for two nights during our trip to Beijing with the child was very stress-free.

Wir had a great time here. We like the soundings very much. The Chinese breakfast were delicious, but sorry to say that west food breakfast was less choices for foreigners. Ms Wang Houli from reception did her job perfectly. Wir are very grateful for her service and more information. Anyway we would like to come back again for our next holiday 😁😁

The hotel's service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was very clean, with spotless and tidy bedding. On top of that, the hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Beijing Fengtai Station! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Arrived in Beijing by sleeper train and reached the hotel at 7 AM. The front desk staff promptly arranged for an urgent room cleaning, and I was able to check in immediately, which didn't disrupt my plans for the day. The hotel is clean and tidy. The service is excellent!
