Hotels in Beijing West Railway Station Area, Beijing

I stayed here with my boyfriend and my mom. We had two rooms with no windows. It was relatively good for the most part but the AC doesn’t work properly so it’s hot in the room, especially when there’s two of us in one. It was relatively clean but the slippers for the shower were a bit dirty. Other than that, the cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was nothing too special. We ordered delivery a couple times and the robot brings it to you after the delivery man drops it off at reception. Sometimes the staff didn’t place the deliveries into the robots for up to an hour so we picked stuff up ourselves downstairs sometimes. It’s located close to the Beijing west railway station and there’s a metro close by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Not many of the staff speak English but I know a bit of Chinese and Google translate helps

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

I booked a non-smoking family room (2 bedrooms). The room is clean and there is no smoking smell, there is also a purifier and a fan in the room. The amenities in the bathroom are very nice, the maid did the room everyday with 4 water bottles per day. The worst thing was the smoking in the corridor/hallway/elevator, although there are the signs of prohibition. The breakfast was 7.00-9.00 am. and no water !!! no glass/cup, no coffee or tea. *** !!! I saw Chinese people use a bowl for drinking milk, it was a very amazing experience, once in my lifetime. 😑 Therefore, I recommend booking a non-smoking room without breakfast because their location is very good. Anyway, if you have other choices, you should not select this hotel. สำหรับคนไทยค่ะ อยากบอกว่าที่นี่ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนแพ้กลิ่นบุหรี่ เพราะต้องฝ่าดงควันบุหรี่ภายในโรงแรมก่อนถึงห้องค่ะ แม้ในห้องจะสะอาดดี ไม่มีกลิ่น แต่มันก็ทำให้เราแย่ได้เหมือนกัน แถมอาหารเข้าคือแทบจะเป็นมังสวิรัติ โปรตีนที่มีคือไข่กับเต้าหู้ จะบ้าตาย ไม่คุ้มค่าอย่างแรง เทียบกับโรงแรมที่ไทยในราคา/ระดับเดียวกันไม่ได้เลย แบบเลยยยยยยยยย ข้อดีของโรงแรมคือ ทำเลดี ห้องดี แม่บ้านดี จบค่ะ (ลูกสาวชอบห้องมาก มีเต้นท์ มีตุ๊กตา ตรงปกในรูปอยู่ค่ะ) การเดินทาง: สถานีรถไฟ Beijing west railway station ให้ออกทางป้าย south square นะคะ ละมันจะมีแยกอีก 2 ทาง ออกทางไหนก็ได้ตามสะดวก มีบันไดเลื่อนค่ะ ออกมาปุ้บ ให้หันหน้าเข้าตึกสถานีรถไฟ หันหลังให้ south square ที่มีรูปปั้นแดงๆ (เรียกอะไรไม่รู้แหละ) โรงแรมอยู่ขวามือ หรือก็คือ ถ้าเห็น McDonald's และ KFC หันหน้าเข้าร้าน โรงแรมอยู่ซ้ายมือ ข้างๆ โรงแรมเป็นร้านขายขนมชื่อดัง เต้าเซียงชุน ที่อร่อยมั้ยน่าจะแล้วแต่ลิ้นคน ลองซื้อกินดูนะคะ

I traveled with my two daughters for six days to see sights in Beijing, notably Universal Studio, Happy Valley, the National Science and Technology Museum of China, etc. The location is optimal for everyone, both business and family trips, which means it is near the Beijing West railway metro station and railway station, as well as the bus hub. I booked the hotel via trip.com one day before check-in. The room was impeccably clean, just as it appeared in the images provided. The hotel restaurant dishes are so good and portions were too much for us :) PS: The photo shows the surroundings, especially the hotel's right hand.

It is said that the central air conditioning of the hotel is not turned on at 26 or 27 degrees. It is very stuffy when sleeping at night, and the children did not sleep well. Later, the mosquitoes stopped biting after spraying, and I took my own small electric fan to blow for the children, and the children slept well for a while. But except for the air conditioning, the overall feeling is okay. The child was given a small plush doll when checking out. The overall transportation is also convenient. The train station should be Line 2-Line 4-Line 7 subway 🚇 It will be there in a short walk

The service is super good, better than some brand five-star hotels👍🏻After checking in, the front desk took the initiative to lead you to the room. During the stay, all hotel staff took the initiative to greet you, and the hotel management is in place! The hotel is in a good location, especially suitable for self-driving tourists. It is located between the West Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road. There is no problem with subway/bus/taxi! Eating is no problem. There is a ”Big Daliya” next to the hotel, and there are other restaurants with different dishes. It is about 9 kilometers to take a taxi to Guijie Hu, which can satisfy your taste buds. There is a parking lot in the hotel, which can park about 20 cars visually, which is enough for normal use. The check-in experience is super good👍🏻🏗️I wish you a lot of money and customers~🎉🍀

The double room I booked was very comfortable and heated. It was very warm in winter. The breakfast was complete, with drinks🥤, fruits🍉, and yogurt. It is very important for people who go out to eat well and have enough food every morning. The service was first-class and they also helped to store Chinese medicine🌿. Every day, the room was given Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Mirinda. If it was not enough, you could refill it for free. The water given every day was from Baisuishan. The bus stop is right outside the door. Sanhe Daoxiangcun and Zhang Yiyuan are a few hundred meters away. It is very convenient to bring souvenirs. There are many delicious foods around and Li Niu Street is also close. I will stay here again next time I come.

The house is very quiet, and the surrounding area is not far from Niujie Street. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. The service was very attentive and they gave the children bracelets and other National Day gifts when leaving the store, which was very considerate! It is very important that prices are not increased randomly during holidays!

Very comfortable room , clean and have allthe comfort you need ! Location is perfect! Close to the railway and subway station and lots of restaurants and shops nearby ! Breakfast is a buffet and had lots of choise but not that many Western options ! Staff did not speak English, this was sometimes difficult !
