Service: The staff were attentive, thorough, and had a great attitude!

The room was really great. It was already late when we checked in, but when we walked into the Four Seasons Hotel and smelled the familiar fragrance, all the fatigue of the day disappeared. The lady also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The Four Seasons Hotel was as perfect as always. When I woke up in the morning, the breakfast was also very, very nice! Finally, the check-out gift, although it was not the fragrance and wooden comb that I wanted most, the lady also gave me a tea bag from the Four Seasons Hotel❤️❤️❤️

The 3rd floor air-conditioning unit was very old and noisy so we asked to change rooms and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor room was quite a bit better.

On the first night, Dianping Group ordered a meal for 4 people. There were examples of dishes and soups that were very upscale. The pig intestines and beef were very delicious. The chef won an award in 2024. The green beans are a bit bitter.

Came to see Xue Zhiqian's concert and booked a hotel near Line 8. It's super close to the subway station, and there are lots of food options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel staff were warm and patient. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come for a concert! 👍
