Hygiene: Overall clean and hygienic. Environment: Although the family room wasn't large, the layout was well-designed and compact. The cleverly designed tatami on the balcony offered an additional lounging area, which was a great bonus! Service: The staff showed strong proactive service. They made up the tatami bed for us after check-in, exceeding our expectations. They also proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for our child. Facilities: The toiletries were complete, there were double toilet paper rolls, and the lighting and air conditioning settings were easy to operate. The only minor drawback was that the TV only had 15 channels and no on-demand movies. The breakfast juice was affordable and delicious, definitely a highlight! Suggestions: For the family rooms, it would be beneficial to introduce the auspicious beasts, promoting both the代言瑞兽 (auspicious beast ambassador) and the Wanda Hotels brand – a win-win situation. For breakfast, I suggest using original branded bottles for the soy sauce and vinegar to make them easier to identify.

The check-in was a wonderful surprise! LARIENA, the receptionist, proactively upgraded our room free of charge. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was thoughtful and heartwarming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! We tried the children's playground and checked out the popular bookstore. We were too lazy to explore the swimming pool, but we'll come back next time. Of course, there are some areas for improvement. The refrigerator was barely working, and all the takeout food spoiled.

The hotel's location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and the breakfast spread is excellent. It offers great value for money. I always stay here when I'm on business trips and highly recommend it to everyone. The surrounding amenities are also very comprehensive.

This stay experience was really great! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, I was surrounded by a warm atmosphere. The front desk lady checked in quickly and intimately, and also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding play guides. The room was even more pleasant, clean and there was no dead corner, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, I didn't want to get up when I lay down, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the smell of toiletries is very comfortable, and the details are full of care. The breakfast is super rich, the Chinese and Western styles are very reasonable, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is very good, and the whole person is full of vitality after eating. When checking out, the staff also said goodbye warmly, making people feel as warm as going home. The price is too high, I will definitely choose this one next time I come here, I have already recommended it to my friends!

Came to Jinshanhai Lake on a Sunday to relax and pick some peaches. Stayed at the Metropark, and the environment was lovely. The hotel courtyard has many very friendly cats. The pool area is excellent, clean, and comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Liu Liming from the recreation department; we forgot our swimming goggles, and she enthusiastically helped us find two pairs to use temporarily. Her service was meticulous and heartwarming. Plus, the pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was fantastic. Definitely worth another visit!

Facilities: The room wasn't huge, but the bed was super comfy. Parking was convenient. Cleanliness: It was acceptable, nothing to write home about. Environment: The surrounding area was nice, and it was quiet at night. Service: Decent, I guess. Breakfast was terrible. Everything was undercooked, and the selection was very limited. They might as well just cancel breakfast altogether.

Wanda Hotel Pinggu Beijing is a pleasant surprise and offers excellent value for money. The hotel appears to be nicely renovated, with modern, good-looking décor that gives the spaces a fresh and comfortable feel. Both the rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. Although Pinggu is not in central Beijing, getting around is convenient. Attractions and amenities can be reached by cab, and taxi fares are reasonable, making transportation hassle-free. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for travellers looking for a clean, well-designed hotel at a good price point. Comfortable stay, attractive interiors, and good accessibility make it a worthwhile option in Pinggu.

A truly fascinating spot, my only regret is that we checked in too late and had to leave too early, so we didn't have enough time to fully soak it all in – from the unique rocks upstairs and the stone mill in the courtyard to the thoughtfully designed coffee corner, and even the two friendly and adorable cats. Opening a business might be easy, but it's leaving a lasting impression on guests that truly defines a successful operation. Having been open for 18 years and still consistently delivering on quality, this dedication alone speaks volumes about the owner's charisma. I'll certainly return to this lovely spot if I get the chance, perhaps to pet the cats or enjoy the swing on the patio. I'm confident the owner's guesthouse will continue to thrive!

This time I came to Jinhai Lake and Panshan to travel and stayed at Yuxinyuan Hotel, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and hygienic. The yard was very large, with mountains, water, woods and various plants. The backyard was like a medicinal botanical garden. It was very ornamental when the peony bloomed. The breakfast was rich and met all needs. I will stay here again when I come to Jinhai Lake next time.

Spent the weekend in Pinggu and chose this hotel. I'd stayed here years ago when it was called CITIC Jinling, and this visit was also a good experience. We opted for a lake view suite, which perfectly accommodated our family of three, and the reservoir view from the balcony was truly stunning. Especially after a rain shower, with the sunset light, it's perfect for photos! The hotel service was quite good, though some facilities are showing their age, like peeling seats and a damaged bed rail. However, these are minor issues and don't detract too much from the overall experience. Parking was very convenient, with plenty of spaces. For kids, there's a small soft play area and a building block castle, both on the third floor and unsupervised, open until 9 PM. The soft play area is a bit too small, with only three slides and a tiny trampoline; it gets crowded quickly if there are more than a few kids. I'd suggest building a larger one. Outdoors, there are adorable cats you can pet! The cattery is right outside the door next to the 5th-floor restaurant. There's also Taoxi Cafe, offering coffee and desserts, great for photos and relaxing. You can rent electric bikes for 100 RMB an hour, which is nice for a scenic ride, though some bikes had non-working QR codes. There's also a tropical botanical garden, but we didn't go in. It felt a bit remote and desolate when we passed by, making us a little uneasy, so we didn't linger. It was quite deserted there. Breakfast was average, not much variety, and the restaurant wasn't very big, just enough to get by. For lunch and dinner, there's a Chinese restaurant serving Huaiyang and local cuisine. The food was okay, but not spectacular, and a bit pricey. It's acceptable, as every hotel seems to have an expensive Chinese restaurant with mediocre food. We managed to find a few dishes we liked, though. The hotel was thoughtful enough to offer complimentary porridge delivery between 8 PM and 10 PM, delivered in a thermos with small pickles – a very heartwarming touch! We'll definitely stay here again when the peaches are in season in Pinggu.
