I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with everything – the location, price, service, and breakfast. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks to Xiao Xuan and Xiao Cheng for their great help! We stayed here during the WTT season, and even though the hotel was fully booked, it didn't affect the quality of service at all.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the lobby's fresh, subtle fragrance instantly makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The room amenities are high-quality, the bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep until morning. A special shout-out to the duty manager; his attitude was truly exceptional! He was always smiling during check-in, with a focused yet gentle gaze that made me feel genuinely respected. When I asked for tips on local attractions, he not only answered patiently but also offered many practical suggestions, without any hint of being dismissive. It's rare to find a hotel that combines such high-quality facilities with such warm, attentive service. Next time I'm in this city, this will definitely be my first choice!

The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent, and the surrounding area has all the amenities you need, including a hot spring right next door and a huge parking lot!

For the second time we live in the network of these hotels (previously in Shanghai), we all like, the hotel is far from the center, but for us it was not a problem, a beautiful and new hotel, a welcoming staff, there is a room with washing and drying machines, There is a zone with a runway and an ellipse, during our stay opened a new metro station across the road from the hotel)) Next to a McDonalds, Lucky coffee, small shops and cafes, in 5 minutes a large shopping mall, There is a good food and a huge food court) in general, hotel recommended)

The room's humidity control was excellent, preventing any dryness. The entire hotel facilities are incredibly well-maintained. From the lobby and hallways to the guest rooms, everything is spotless. This level of hardware maintenance is truly impressive. Five-star rating! The room design clearly caters to different guests, featuring a spacious desk for work and expansive views of the outside scenery. Highly commendable!

I recently stayed at the Hi Inn, initially just for convenience, but the experience far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely give it a five-star rating! The simple, fresh decor immediately struck me upon entering the hotel. The lobby was clean and bright, and the smiling staff warmly greeted me with welcome check-in and helpful tips on nearby restaurants and transportation. It instantly made me feel warm. The room, while small, was perfectly equipped. The layout was compact and well-designed, and the bedding was soft and clean, allowing me to sleep soundly. The air conditioning was quiet and kept the perfect temperature, and the Wi-Fi was stable, allowing me to watch TV or work without any lags. The bathroom was odorless, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The towels were crisp, white, and fluffy. Every detail showed quality. What surprised me most was the hotel's value. For such an affordable price, I get service and quality comparable to a mid-range or high-end hotel. It's a steal! The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation. Buses and subway stations are just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a convenience store and snack bar downstairs, making life very convenient. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to ask about my experience and listened carefully to my suggestions. This attitude of valuing guests is really great. I highly recommend Hi Inn, whether it is a business trip or a tourist, it is a great accommodation choice!

This is an excellent hotel! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff are always friendly, polite, and willing to help. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. I felt very comfortable staying here, and my experience exceeded my expectations. I have been travel around almost every month, this is three first hotel I stay with mosquitos, not one but daily few I think, you can see from pictures attached how my daughter got bitten by mosquito badly. Beside location just next to mall with very convenient access, and the price, there are nothing beside these. My advise is if you going yo stay here pls prepare own insect repellent,, asking from hotel they just provide a tiny one, asking for extra even showed my daughter body to them, they also don't provide. Get prepare before you stay.

The hotel is located right inside Shougang Park, offering an excellent location with many tourist attractions nearby and easily accessible. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast spread is generous. I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and Mia handled it immediately and very swiftly. This prompt and excellent service is truly commendable. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next trip.
