整體都可以 雪道是真不錯！吃飯的地方太少 人太多 擁擠，尤其早餐！雪具大廳租雪具時人太多沒有疏導這點不好！但整體服務太多都很好，孩子特別喜歡這裏的雪道！

第二次來了，工作人員一如既往的友善熱情，服務非常好，套餐也很實惠。
就是希望酒店能考慮一下在冬季修改一下入住和退房時間，冬天來這住的基本都是滑雪的，現在常規的退房時間不是很方便，得一早就把東西放回車上，其他各方面都挺好的。

酒店環境沒得説，前台服務態度可，開擺渡車的小哥哥人帥態度又好，早餐非常豐富，中西餐都有，吃的很滿足。房間內比較乾淨，空間大。
