服務： 真的非常好 每一位工作人員都非常機靈 主動服務 將事情搶在前面解決 及時主動的調整方案所以心情非常愉悦 提供晚安湯 每天都不一樣 可惜晚餐吃太好 根本喝不下 好遺憾 贈送的香雲紗小包包很喜歡
餐食：RB 和 榮府宴餐都體驗了 特別好吃 水果品質都很好 每晚都是抱着肚子回房間 量還蠻大的 環境安靜 早餐時間很長 一直到一點多 選品不多但是味道不錯 很推薦米線
房間：衞生做的到位 房間很美 很具有藝術氣息 能眺望遠山 早晨坐在院子聽鳥叫很舒服 整體環境安靜 就是視野不夠開闊
酒店有一些小活動 體驗了一下 心情愉悦
喜歡不讓帶12歲一下孩子和寵物的設定
那麼説一些些不足之處
房間結構上 在節假日這個價位的加持下 不算大 夠長不夠寬 居住面積稍有欠缺 ；淋浴和浴池經常滴水有些影響睡眠；淋浴後面的牆體晚上關燈後視覺上我們不是很喜歡 感覺不太舒服；被子在翻身的時候會發生聲響 影響睡眠

Overall services was average not pro-active. Room was well designed except the bathroom was too small and the air extractor was bad when you are taking hot tub and showers.
We like the landscaping and the surrounding gardens with the linkway. Dinner was wonderful with great service. The breakfast was very disappointed.

帶先生逃離城市兩日 小山路繞到酒店 大閘門拉開 車開進去的一瞬間 映進眼簾的山景彷彿屬於另一個世界 歎為觀止 山莊圍着酒店 一下車就有服務員接待 幫忙拿行李 我們坐在沙發上 還沉浸在綠油油的山景裏 服務員遞上入住的材料 簽字 刷卡 全程蹲地服務 態度也很友好熱情 隨後送去房間 一路介紹 早餐一直到13:30 無限次數 來這度假 很輕鬆 可以不分白天黑夜 晚飯一般吃新榮記或者碳烤西餐 spa也不錯 健身房還有嬋柔器械 不得不説創始人真的很有品味 細節到冰箱的威化餅都很小眾 口感絕佳 ！ 影院 泳池沒去體驗 酒吧也衹是參觀一下 還有雪茄吧喔 留點遺憾下次再來喔

聞名已久的酒店，本次專門安排在生日這天入住，不虛此行。
位置毗鄰著名的潭柘寺，古樸，靈動，悠遠，禪意。酒店本身設計感十足，最難得還與周邊的環境融為一體，始於山野，歸於山野，讓人不由得在這裏安靜下來，迴歸本心。
服務方面非常妥帖，酒店中餐廳是榮府宴，菜品色香味均可圈可點。因為是生日，還贈送了長壽麪。入住和客房服務也很熨貼，也不過多打擾。
非常推薦體驗的酒店。
