京郊好去處，路程不長，房子在村西，遠望景色美且愜意。非常適合幾家人一起，泳池是孩子們的最愛。房間很有特色，裝修設計很用心，簡約美。ktv隔音很不錯，樓上傍晚燒烤把酒言歡賞月，浪漫舒適。房東人很好，管家服務好，整體體驗很棒！

小院和照片是一樣，非常適合假期帶孩子來玩。周邊的景色也很好，尤其是栗子樹和火車都很有意思！小鎮的生活很便利，小院裏的設備很齊全，隔壁的超市啥都有，非常方便！房東和管家特別好，及時回覆微信，幫忙處理問題效率高。

✨[進入房間第一眼]放在在村子的最裡麪，靠近山，一進院子感覺環境和設計和圖片完全一致，不是特別大，但是活動空間足夠。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]每個房間都有不一樣的設計，都很好看，其中一間日式的最大，還有和服可以拍照，每個房間都是電動馬桶，中央空調，很加分，衹有南邊的一個房間沒有窗户，浴缸還在房間裏，有點潮濕。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]這裏最喜歡的是在餐廳有一個下沉的小KTV，既讓大家可以有獨立的空間又不會完全在不同的房間。
燈光設計也是很驚喜，晚上露台很美，要去不用擔心燒烤會看不清，而且拍照好看，感覺是整個村最靚的露台。
院子裏的泳池完全就是孩子們的樂園，晚上院子的燈光也足夠玩耍。
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]離青龍峽和懷北漂流都非常近，開車十分鐘就到了。
遺憾的地方是，房子靠近山，有貨運的火車經過，感覺一個小時左右就會有火車鳴笛，要是睡眠不好的話會有一點吵。
還有一點建議
🙋[對於房東，我想説]一次性的東西都很全，就是沒有梳子，很尷尬。

團隊團建去的，一行10人5個卧室、三輛車停在後院，正好。
入住之前加了微信，提前閃送去的燒烤食材都幫我們放到了冰箱裏。炭火/酒精也都齊備。每個房間的洗漱用品等也很全。我們開車到的時候管家已經在等了，各種細節都交代一遍，後面有事情也幾乎是隨叫隨到。
房子設計的非常棒，每個房間都特別有特色，大家分屋子的時候都挑花眼了。
下着小雨燒烤，別有一番風味。
KTV、麻將機都用上了。
幫我們延遲到1:00才退房打掃，非常體貼。

我們是和朋友一起去的，入住很便捷管家早早的就聯繫了我們，詳細介紹了周邊的餐飲超市景點。小院住着清凈安逸，電話訂餐購物很方便。房間乾淨各有風格設施也很齊全，露台上烤串喝酒看着滿天的繁星，陣陣微風涼爽舒適，幾個朋友在小KTV玩的非常盡興！
