本來不想點評，但因為端午節住了延慶clubmed，所以感歎八達嶺太好了！無論是房間還是遊藝設施，雖然我理解遊藝設施可能不是酒店自己的，但真的可玩性很高，湯泉也乾淨透亮，如果你在這倆家酒店中選擇，包括世園湯泉，這三家延慶區的湯泉酒店，請務必選擇八達嶺！

房間很大 湖區在裝修窗外景色一般。温泉非常不錯，是在一個非常大的室內空間，各種温泉分割城小的空間，非常舒服，週五下午過來的，人非常少，體驗更好了，不過小童戲水區水温太低。

房間衞生、温泉衞生都有問題，一家三口去完温泉倆大人回來得了腳氣，小朋友眼睛細菌感染，房間角落還有上個客人留的礦泉水瓶蓋……大大小小酒店住了無數家，這家真是絕了

去了很多次，但這次我要給差評，這次是開了兩間房，小童泳池一直開着窗户，去了兩天，巨冷，第一天讓工作人員關，第二天凍的我們也找不着人，自己把窗户關上了，我理解淡季比較冷清，但就算衹有一位客人，也應該把服務做到位吧，5月24日下午五點多，孩子太累了，就想着去西餐廳吃自助，以為五點鐘開餐，我們五點多一點到的，結果告知五點半開餐，就説進去在一個角落坐一下等一會兒，結果我讓家人先進去休息，我付款的同時，女領班就出來了，跟招待我的服務生嚷嚷，很大聲，説在開會，怎麼可以讓客人進去，嚷嚷半天，而且還一直瞪我！其實不就是給我聽呢嗎！首先我們想進去休息等待開餐是提前問過，經同意才進去的，而且我們是付款了的，沒有佔你一分錢的便宜！你就這樣轟客人合適嗎？有話你不會好好説嗎？你好好説我也會理解你的，我不知道誰給你的權利這樣當著客人大喊大叫，聲音在外面的電梯位置都能聽到，要不是當著孩子，我當時肯定會跟她理論一下，問問她會不會説人話！太噁心了！再也不去了

五月份實在是太適合帶娃郊遊了，很開心選擇的八達嶺皇冠假日酒店開啟京郊遊。帶着1歲多的小寶和4歲的大寶，長者孩子全家一起入住，前台經理Justin熱情接待，對小朋友悉心照顧，酒店房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，地下停車位充足方便，延慶這個季節不冷不熱陽光明媚，一切都是剛剛好。
