每年生日我都會帶家人去酒店小住，慶祝的同時也當度個假，今年我選擇了怡亨。這是一家小而精緻，內藏乾坤的奢華酒店，處處藏着驚喜。
酒店位於僑福芳草地商場內，隸屬SLH聯盟（世界小型豪華酒店集團），從前台的小魚玻璃天花板，到通往電梯的藝術品走廊，都在彰顯着酒店鮮明的藝術風格。我們入住的是高級露台雙床房，俏皮又帶點古靈精怪的藝術感從每個房間的門牌號擺設中就開始體現，我看了一圈，幾乎每一間的門牌號都是歪歪斜斜地隨意放置，強迫症看了可能要被逼瘋；房間裏還藏着一些貼心的小細節，比如智能馬桶，比如帶加熱功能的毛巾架，比如房間內的按摩椅；露台也很舒服，因為酒店建築外層是封閉的，加上被綠植環繞，所以坐在露台的沙發上發呆時會恍惚間有一種坐在植物園裡的錯覺（露台上的沙發也很軟，坐感舒適）。酒店的床品選擇得很好，體感舒適，尤其是床墊，讓我這個稍微有些認床的人都挑不出毛病；另外洗護用品是Miller Harris的午後伯爵系列，無論是香型還是對頭髮的滋潤效果都很不錯。
感謝酒店不僅贈送了下午茶，還給我們安排了店內巡遊講解，Damon先生的講解很細緻，我們參觀了各層陳列的大大小小的各類藝術展品，就像在參觀一個小型美術館，同時對這個酒店也有了更深一層的瞭解：每一層的藝術風格都不一樣，16層是中式風，以各種照片為主，健身房也在這層；17層是西式風，多是油畫、青銅擺件，有一個可以兼作會議室的小圖書室；18層是現代風，陳列着各種或抽象或跳脱的作品。據説總統套房裡也收藏着藝術品，可惜因為有客人入住沒有開放。此外我們還參觀了酒店裡一些不同主題的套房，也成功激起了我要再來入住體驗的興趣。
入住期間每天晚上酒店都會送上有不同的小點心，生日當天酒店也送上了蛋糕。工作人員也都很有禮貌，房間打掃、物品補充也都很及時。加上緊挨芳草地購物中心，離世貿天階和中駿世界城也不遠，往北走上10分鐘左右就是三里屯，逛街逛累了溜達幾步就能回房間休息，簡直不要太愜意。
酒店早餐是半自助式，無論是可選擇的主菜，還是可以自取的頭盤、麪包、軟飲，種類都有點少，餐廳也不大，坐不了幾桌人就滿了，空間略顯侷促。不過早餐茶可選擇的種類挺多，這點我很喜歡。
總體來説這是非常滿意的一次入住體驗，作為一個年輕的品牌，雖然不像其他老牌五星級酒店那樣有厚重的歷史文化底藴，但年輕品牌特有的活力和熱情也是其非常鮮明的特點。希望酒店能把早餐的豐富程度再提高一下就更完美了。期待下次來體驗不同風格的套房。

Came here for the design, and loved it. A good change from the usual copy paste city hotel trying to find its own identity. This hotel definitely has it and it’s worth to stay here. Will be my first choice when coming to Beijing next time and definitely recommending to friends.

種草怡亨很久了，終於有機會來住一次，酒店得以為傲的設計與藝術氛圍無可爭議，但從房間內部的細節以及服務，那確實是乏善可陳。內部的設施能看到一切的設計理念依舊在線，但是座椅、地板已經能看得到年代感了，尤其是房間的透明椅子，感覺都快包漿了；電視也沒辦法投屏看電影。更需要説的是酒店的服務，感覺客房的服務快趕上自助式的服務了，早上説有外賣葯品在前台麻煩前台請人帶到房間，前台説沒問題，過半小時再打電話，説已經安排人送了，結果再等半小時，自己下樓取時，葯品依舊擺在前台。在退房時，退房時前台也根本不會問詢入住體驗如何。感覺與快捷酒店的服務基本一致。總而言之，以為花幾千的房價能體驗幾千的品質與服務，結果是還不如一千多的民宿，今年住過最失望的酒店了…

房間設施很高檔但是不太實用，看的是bo的音響但也不支持藍牙連接，電視也還是老酒店常見的機頂盒信號沒辦法看網絡電視；感覺服務人員也不是非常專業；最坑的攜程送的什麼旅拍套裝寫的提前一天聯繫，打電話過去商家説約的很滿至少需要提前一週預約，有點耍人了

有智能馬桶，不過電視確實有點老了，都不能投屏，房間的空調反應也相對較慢，但是整個酒店確實非常有藝術氛圍，早餐特別豐富，尤其要強烈的誇誇早餐，真的很棒
