今年一個人刷的第二家扇子酒店。文華客房能看到的故宮肉眼看比照片和視頻都震撼。房間幾乎無可挑剔，除了衞生間稍微有一點反味。服務情緒價值拉滿，有不少驚喜，入住第一天就有不少服務人員能夠叫出我的姓氏，外賣也是服務員給送到房間。minibar軟飲是無限暢飲的，還送了一瓶香檳和歡迎水果。晚上開夜床送了一支睡眠噴霧，浴鹽兩晚是不一樣的兩種香味。早餐自助＋點餐的形式，每個工作人員服務都很到位。在中餐廳吃了一頓，可惜沒有在扒房吃。bar的工作人員還很熱情帶我參觀了幾個蒙古包。離店前台Cassie和Mavvin不但抵扣了消費，還送了小禮物。SPA也不錯，泳池稍微有點小。

整體還是非常不錯的，房間設施，衞生條件都是滿分的。
作為這個價位段的酒店，位置滿分，但景色其實一般，露台房並沒有外景也可以看。
這樣的情況下其實應該服務彌補，服務差強人意，前台的態度倒是挺好的，衹是感覺沒什麼暖心的驚喜。建議可以增加管家服務，提供一些小紀念品之類的

超五星開啟完美一天
這趟入住最驚喜的莫過於酒店的早餐，完全詮釋了超五星的奢華與用心，説是“早餐界的天花板”也毫不誇張，因為是帶孩子長者出來，他們對早餐很重視，基本就是吃飽喝足出發然後玩兒到下午餓了再去吃特色美食。
説回早餐哈哈。豐富度讓人眼花繚亂，中西合璧的檔口布局像一場味覺環球之旅。中式區裏，現煮紅燒牛肉麪的湯頭鮮得入味，推薦出前一丁麪（方便麪重度愛好者）。搭配紅燒牛腩等澆頭堪稱一絕。還有冒着熱氣的廣式蝦餃、燒賣，每一口都是地道煙火氣，比在粵菜飯店吃的還要可口。現烤的鬆餅酥脆香甜，麥芬鬆軟綿密，廚師還能根據喜好現做班尼蛋配料自選口感細膩柔滑。食材品質更是肉眼可見的高級。時令水果切得整齊飽滿，西瓜甜潤多汁，藍莓、西柚，黃金獼猴桃等新鮮水靈，冷切火腿、芝士片品質上乘，除了現磨咖啡還有多種鮮榨果汁，橙汁、西瓜汁，超級推薦蘋果胡蘿蔔汁都帶着新鮮果香，完全不是濃縮飲品能比的。
服務和環境更讓早餐體驗升級。餐區寬敞明亮，臨窗座位能眺望故宮美景，晨光灑下時儀式感拉滿。服務員收盤及時笑容親切，還會主動推薦招牌菜品，補充食物的速度也很快從不會出現空盤情況。
這頓早餐早已超越“吃飽”的意義，是味覺與體驗的雙重享受。為了這頓早餐早起絕對值得，也讓這家酒店的超五星招牌更加名副其實。
房間很舒適，衞生間區域很大一點兒都不憋屈，礦泉水可着你喝真的好絕啊，工作人員都是美女帥哥，送用品的阿姨説話温柔親切，下次來北京還要住這家太絕了，對了酒店味道很好聞，小眾高級感的香氛。對小朋友超級友好，工作人員主動聊天詢問，中英雙語溝通非常流暢，一次性用品都是木紋的超級有質感走的時候把小木梳帶走留念了哈哈哈

女兒很喜歡王府井文華東方，所以每次來北京都會住這裏，文華客房正對故宮，大夏天在房間看風景，涼快又舒心😌重點誇誇酒店的服務，Cassie每天會給我們提供貼心的小貼士，還非常能照顧到小朋友的需求，其他服務人員也都熱情且真誠，而不是冷冰冰的禮貌。同等硬件的時候，優質的服務絕對是必殺技。
