雁棲湖邊五星級酒店，造型獨特，酒店設施還可以，有游泳池，早餐還可以再豐盛一點，住酒店可以去雁棲島上溜達，雁棲島值得打卡。

酒店管理非常好，不愧是老牌五星級酒店。
設施雖然舊了一點，但乾淨衞生。床品舒適。
游泳池很贊。水温合適，水質清澈，還有38度熱水池，泡着很舒服。
早餐較為豐富，味道中規中矩。
小童樂園乾淨有趣。
工作人員都非常有禮貌且熱心周到。

日出東方每年都會來，設施一直很棒，尤其是泳池，游完泳，還能在小童池子泡泡熱水，孩子也開心，成人放鬆也不錯，服務很好，步行去湖畔散步，無論早晚都很享受，早餐也在線，這次是第一次住雙床房，床太小了，也有點軟，房間窗外湖景也不錯。

Our stay at the Kempinski Sunrise hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and have a great view on the lake. What especially stood out was the breakfast and the kind and warm service of Sophia. She explained everything well and with a warm smile. Thanks Sophia and the Sunrise Kempinski hotel!
