HanTing Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station Liuliqiao) Reviews

Checked in on February 8th and booked for two nights. It was very cold at night, the air conditioner was very loud, and the temperature was very dry, which made my throat uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well last night. I couldn't sleep at around 3 o'clock in the morning, so I got up to modify the order on Ctrip and cancel one night. The Ctrip platform showed that 40 yuan was deducted, but I had no choice but to accept it. After all, getting a good rest is more important. The hotel refused. I applied again, played outside at noon, and checked around 1:30 pm, but was rejected again. I called the hotel and they said they would deduct 70 yuan. I called Ctrip customer service again, and they told me that the hotel deducted 63 yuan after coordination. I disagreed. Later, they said that they would compensate me for the extra 23 yuan. I told Ctrip’s customer service that it was too cold. After hearing me, the customer service gave me additional money, a total of 40 yuan. I am very grateful to Ctrip for their warm care. When I applied for the modification, I was afraid of causing inconvenience to the hotel, so I said that I had something urgent to attend to as the reason for cancellation. I didn't expect the hotel to behave like this. It was clearly the same price for two nights (I booked one night first and added the second night later), but the hotel said that the second night was more expensive. They made things difficult for me in every way. I am very dissatisfied with this.
