The unit is dated and need renovation. Not clean and when check in the unit got strong smell. But the customer service responded fast and helpful.

房間衞生還行，設施一般 進去浴室門是壞的，維修工上門維修説修不好，於是老公在那搗鼓搗鼓，居然好了。電視投屏諮詢客服，可等我們退房還沒給我們答覆 我們可是住了四晚。

This hotel is extremely irresponsible. They fail to keep proper records of the items in their rooms, and after I checked out, they demanded that I return a hotel pillow. This is unacceptable and very rude

Spacious rooms and big beds Provide basic amenities. However, things inside the property are old and need replacement. The apartments also need a bit of renovation. No cooking and dining utensils are provided.
It is hard to find the place as there is no specific name attached to it to locate in google map and didi app. There is no check in counter, only the small security table where you can get the room key and lift access card.
