性價比還可以，附近有飯店，超市，還算方便。衚衕裏比較安靜，離護國寺小吃街比較近。缺點是沒電梯，衹有樓梯。距離地鐵口不是很近，公交車比較方便，不過去天安門也不遠。

首先地理位置很好，距離積水潭醫院步行20分鐘左右，衚衕口就是小吃一條街，有各種小吃很方便。酒店內乾淨整潔無異味，衞生很好，前台小姐姐還幫我們免費升級了房型，特別感謝，這幾天佳在這裏很愉快，下次來還會選擇這裏。

賓館在胡通裏，從積水潭醫導航去給導的大路步行距離有點遠，到店前台小妹妹服務態度很好，訂的大床還免費升級雙床了，再去醫院小妹妹給指的小路走的就近了很多，賓館衞生條件還不錯，沒有早餐，但周邊吃飯很方便，就是旅遊季節價格相對平時高一大塊，我們要住十天半月的性價比不高，住一天退房了。

該酒店服務極差，衞生極差，隔音效果極差，服務員的溝通態度極差，入住兩晚，晚上半夜被隔壁**************驚醒，實屬驚魂，還有不好的習慣，每一個客人入住必須索要好評，感覺就是入住客人的任務分配，純屬懵人、瞎整，地理位置也很偏，在一個巷子裏面的衚衕角落深處，酒店雖然很差，但是價格還是四五星的收費標準，這一次的入住慘不忍睹啊，客人們以後入住訂房千萬別上當啊。

房間超級無敵小，廁所要側身坐才能坐下，洗浴若是人高點連浴室都進不去，撞頭，好幾百的房間，環境跟五十塊的旅館不相上下，地漏反味兒，房間有一股下水道味兒，以後再也不會去，太坑人了。環境超級差，但是服務人員都很好。
