I was in Beijing for a business trip and stayed in Sanlitun. I chose the Intercontinental, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I checked in, GRO Chloe's warm welcome showed incredible sincerity – proactive greetings, thoughtful service, and attention to detail were all top-notch. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is also superb, right next to the giant outdoor screen, and super convenient for shopping and getting around. For someone like me with a packed schedule, it was truly fantastic. The staff were always available and responded quickly to any request. I even received a lovely welcome gift from the hotel, which was a really sweet touch. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this place again. I've already recommended it to friends; it's truly worth experiencing!

It truly strikes a perfect balance between bustling city life and tranquil serenity. The room I stayed in was clean and elegant, with modern design subtly infused with an Oriental charm. The luxurious and comfortable bedding was just the right firmness, providing a night of sleep as if I were resting on a cloud. In the morning, I was gently awakened by the Olympic Park's morning light filtering through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, instantly brightening my mood. From the warm towel and welcome tea upon check-in to the meticulously prepared turndown service and welcome card in the room, every detail revealed genuine warmth and sincerity towards guests. Not only were the ingredients fresh, but even the plating showed an uncompromising elegance. The hotel's Western restaurant is also renowned in Beijing's culinary scene, boasting a stunning night view that truly elevates the dining experience. All in all, this was more than just a stay; it was a complete experience where both mind and body were thoroughly taken care of. Whether for business travel or a family vacation to Beijing, this will undoubtedly be my first choice and a must-recommend. Detail-oriented individuals will absolutely fall in love with it.
