The hotel's location is convenient, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's not far from CCTV Tower, China World Trade Center, Sanlitun, and even Pop Mart Land, making it easy to get around by subway or taxi. The rooms are quiet, and the delivery robot brings food right to your door. The staff are also incredibly friendly and polite; they always greet you when you see them. They were very patient and helpful when we wanted to view the room beforehand, and there's always someone at the lobby entrance to help open the door. All in all, it exceeded my expectations! Thumbs up!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff, especially one of the ladies, was incredibly helpful. She let us store our luggage when we arrived early and even called us when it started raining in the afternoon, offering to pick us up with an umbrella. They also granted us a late check-out. A truly great hotel experience! Highly recommended!

They must have seen I was with an elder, because they upgraded our room for free! The room wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. It's right across from Dashilar, and only about a fifteen-minute walk to Tiananmen Square. If you go through Dashilar, you'll hit Qianmen Street, and to the left of Qianmen Street is Xianyukou. The location is absolutely perfect! Every time we left, they'd thoughtfully ask if we wanted to take water with us, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend!

The lady at the front desk proactively informed me about breakfast times and the laundry room location. They readily helped with luggage storage, showing a gentle and patient attitude, striking the perfect balance in their service. My first impression was absolutely excellent!

The room decor was cozy, and the cleaning was meticulous. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept really well. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the coffee was good too. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even proactively helped me call a taxi. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely come back again~

I was quite satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since it's a newly opened hotel, their operations were a bit unfamiliar, but their attitude was excellent. Thumbs up to the guy at the front desk! The hotel's breakfast was very rich, and it ended quite late. The auntie making the noodles was very friendly, and the dining area was spacious. The gym has treadmills and ellipticals, so you can do cardio. I'd also like to offer a suggestion: during breakfast, I noticed many staff members standing around watching guests eat. Perhaps it would be better if they maintained a bit more distance.

Another very special touch was that our son celebrated his birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised him with a birthday cake and a lovely child-friendly decoration. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable for our family. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and it had a beautiful enclosed glass balcony, something we had never seen in any other hotel before. It made the room feel even more special and was one of our favorite features. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Beijing. The service, facilities, comfort, and thoughtful attention from the staff made our stay truly special.
