It was alright. There are plenty of convenient and delicious food options downstairs. The hotel room was clean. I found it very convenient for my business trip to attend the exhibition. Taking a taxi to the convention center was quick, and it's actually within walking distance too. The price was also reasonable.

The room is well-equipped, and the air conditioning works perfectly for both cooling and heating. The blackout curtains are thick, so you can sleep in without being disturbed by light. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there are plenty of toiletries, with good quality disposable items. Housekeeping service is prompt, and they respond quickly when you need extra supplies. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. The cleanliness, service, and environment are all impeccable. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. This is definitely my top choice for visiting the area, and I've already recommended it to my friends. I'll be back on my next trip!

The location is excellent, very close to Tiananmen Square and the Temple of Heaven. There's a subway station within 100 meters, making transportation very convenient. The bedding was soft and clean. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and polite. It was a very pleasant stay.

I discovered this in the middle of the night and tried to contact the front desk to have them delivered, but I couldn't get through after five calls. I had to go to the front desk myself to get them. When I complained to the front desk, they didn't offer a single apology.

They even had work places where u can calmly work and relax with your laptop He went above and beyond in every way: he stored our food and luggage for us, even after we had already checked out, so we could move freely without the extra weight.
