Nicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups.
Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning.
Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

Highly recommend
Karren was so kind and extremely helpful. I had a health issue during my stay. She without asking any questions drives me to the hospital. And help there as well. So kind reliable person ❤️
Moreover, on arrival she suggested me upper class room without extra pay. Just because it wasn’t occupied. That is not a common thing nowadays I think.
So if you want to be treated as a valuable person you definitely need to come here
PS the mountains and ocean view was breathtaking. And tasty breakfast cooked with love

We received the most friendliest service, when we arrived. The owners Jenny and Sebastian was so welcoming and me and my two kids really enjoyed it there. They offered us a delicious breakfast Saturday and Sunday and throughout, they told us about a little book store in the area that we visited three times! It was like heaven for my daughter who love bookstores. We took walks on the beach which is just opposite and took lots of photos. Manor on the bay is definitely a place I would go to again for a weekend stay.

Anonymous UserThe room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was fantastic! Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well there because the windows are completely uninsulated, and I could hear everything from outside, causing me to wake up several times during the night. Additionally, the front desk staff basically knows nothing – you ask simple questions about the city and get no answers. The laundry service is outrageously expensive (a price list for each item), but luckily there's a laundromat right across the street.

A large beautiful room with all facilities (netflix TV, capsule coffee machine, safe, even computer). Good wifi, noise insulation. From small downsides - in the room smelled moisture. Cleaned every day. Very pleasant staff. The ocean view is only side-by-side because of the hotel location. The location of the hotel is good, at the distance 5-10 minutes of a large fodcort and shopping center. In 2 minutes the embankment is embankment. It was a little confused that if you left the key on the resepshne, it is there all day on the counter not hidden, and the resepshne is located immediately after the restaurant and there is no control, that is, everyone can come and take the key from your room, The key was therefore taken with you. The breakfast is very delicious, offers the menu from which you choose the main dish, also makes delicious coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly baked maffin. The only moment - breakfast starts in 7.30 and prepare it quite unspeedly, so prepare to get out of it not before 8.15/8.30 morning. But unspeed is generally about all Africa)

YaoyaoIt was my first time to travel to Cape Town and the situation was unknown, so I stayed for three nights on June 28, 29 and 30. If you go to the Cape of Good Hope, you can stay in nearby Simon's Town instead of staying in Cape Town. The hotel is a villa-style building. The rooms and public areas are small and exquisite. There are not many rooms and the rooms are not big. The furniture is family-style. There are four or five tables in the restaurant. It is estimated that there are only so many rooms. There are three parking spaces. If there is a fourth guest’s car, where can I park it? There is wifi in the room, although the signal is not very strong. The hotel is across the road from the commercial street, making it convenient for shopping, eating, and going to bars. The hotel is not far from the seaside. It would be nice to go for a walk on the seaside before dinner to watch the sunset over the sea and the sunset over Signal Mountain.

The hotel left an extremely positive impression. It is a little bit far from Cape Town itself, but it turned out to be a big advantage for me. Here there is silence and privacy, a sense of calm and complete security even later in the evening you can feel absolutely comfortable.
The area around the hotel is perfectly developed: there are a variety of shops next to where you can find all the necessary, cozy souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes. I would like to mark the coffee coffee there really very delicious and atmospheric.
The rooms are light, clean and charming, with a stunning ocean view. According to , no comment: everything is thoughtful and convenient. Cleaning at a high level.
The staff deserves a separate praise always polite, attentive and willing to help at any time of the day.

AsiavetPros: The location is excellent, just across the road from Camps Bay beach. It's close to a mini-mart and restaurants. There's a toaster and a kitchen for cooking and dining indoors. Coffee is provided, and there's parking available (though it costs extra). Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were very helpful.
Cons:
- Being on the first floor, I sometimes heard outside noise.
- The cleaning service could be better. I stayed for 3 nights, and on the first day, the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned. My towels weren't changed throughout my stay, and the shampoo and soap weren't refilled (they only provided small bottles, which I supplemented with my own).
- The coffee, milk, and tea were only provided on the first day and not replenished on subsequent days.
- The shower has no door, so it's not very private and feels cramped. The toilet is also at the foot of the bed in the bedroom, which doesn't allow for much ventilation, and it's quite small.
- The air conditioning in the room is quite old, and the remote control was often unresponsive.

Le Bay Lodge is very close to the beach front and some nice little restaurants. We arrived late the evening and was welcomed very warmly and showed to our room. We had a balcony up stairs and a great view in the morning with the sea and mountains around us. Breakfast was great and I bumped over a cup of coffee which was cleaned quickly without any fuss. Our car was parked safely with 24 hour surveillance, which made me very comfortable. Thank you for a good stay

The apartments are 2 minutes away from the beaches, there are different restaurants near the place as well. There is an indoor and outdoor pool + gym and barbeque area.
The staff were friendly and I didn't have any hassles with having guests. You do need to pay a R1000 deposit which you will get back when you check out. It has to be cash or credit card no debit cards are accepted.
My apartment was equipped with all the crockery and cutlery needed.
