Nha Trang Beach Hotels

Upon check-in, we were suddenly asked for a deposit, even though there was no mention of it during booking. The beach towels, to put it mildly, were not new but well-worn. Towels were supposedly replaced during cleaning. And it would be fine if they actually replaced them… but they just folded the used ones back up. This is absolutely certain, because the towels with stains that we were given were the same ones left after cleaning. Breakfasts: At 9 AM, it's peak hour, and it's hard to find a free table. Earlier than that, there were no problems with available tables. The assortment isn't fancy, but you can find something to eat. The staff is slow – sometimes there are no small plates, sometimes no large ones, and food replenishment isn't prompt. Beach: Across the road, with a few umbrellas and about a dozen sun loungers from the hotel. During prime time, none are available (but we weren't counting on them anyway). Cleaning: So-so. On the first day, a few drops of juice landed on the bathroom floor. They stayed there with us for the entire vacation – the bathroom floor was never cleaned once. During cleaning, they might leave a notice saying, 'beach towels missing from the room.' Seriously? We just took them to the beach… why would I want your worn-out towels? 😄 Upon arrival, they give you rules, and it states that drying laundry on the balcony is forbidden. Okay. BUT, meanwhile, there's no drying rack in the room. If this weren't a chain hotel, I wouldn't pay attention to all these shortcomings. In other countries, this 'chain' performs better. I will not recommend it to my acquaintances.

This is our second visit. The accessibility, tranquility of the resort, facilities, food, and service all exceeded our expectations. The private beach is also great for kids to play on. The sand is incredibly fine, so they had a wonderful time playing in it. We'd definitely consider a third visit!

For those who prefer to prepare their own meals, this condominium-style hotel is perfectly adequate. The Wi-Fi works without any issues. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided daily during housekeeping. All amenities are available and replenished daily. The large refrigerator is very convenient. Last year, I stayed at the InterContinental Residences next door, and the location is the same. Even if you choose a sea-facing room, the view from either hotel is identical, which is why I chose this one. When checking out, the front desk offered to arrange a taxi to the airport and provided a price quote. I declined as arranging a Grab was more convenient for me, but the quoted price was reasonable. Construction has begun on an 18-story hotel next door, expected to open in three years. Hotels along this strip are popular due to the excellent location. This hotel is perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler, and I was pleased with my stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value, beautiful views and excellent service We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Nha Trang. From the beginning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with a beautiful beach and ocean view. For the price we paid, the overall experience was definitely worth it. The swimming pool was great, but one of the highlights for us was the premium lounge. The panoramic view from there was amazing – you can see across Nha Trang, with both the beach and the city in front of you. It's a great place to just sit, relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a huge variety of food to choose from. We also ordered room service during our stay and the meals were delicious and well prepared. The airport transfer was another nice touch. We were picked up in a BMW, and the roughly one-hour journey was very comfortable. Cold water and refreshing towels were provided, and our driver was very friendly. Communication was especially easy if you can speak some Vietnamese. I was also impressed with the laundry service. Even when we needed our laundry done quickly towards the end of our stay, they arranged express service while still charging us the normal rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, the combination of the Junior Suite, beautiful sea views, premium lounge, excellent breakfast, comfortable airport transfer and accommodating staff made this stay very enjoyable. Great value for what we paid, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nha Trang.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Nha Trang Lodge Hotel! The hotel completely met our expectations. The main advantage is definitely the location. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, so there's always somewhere to go for an evening stroll. Our room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing sea view—waking up to the sound of the waves was a true pleasure. Housekeeping was impeccable; towels were changed daily, and water supplies were replenished. Breakfasts were very hearty and varied, with something to suit everyone's taste. The staff deserves special thanks for their responsiveness and hospitality. We would gladly come back here again and will recommend it to our friends!

A truly wonderful stay, full marks across the board. Let me give a proper review. **Facilities:** They are a bit old, definitely showing their age, but in that 'old money' kind of way. The sunrise from the balcony is spectacular; I enjoyed stunning sunrises on both days. It's an established high-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a clean pool, lovely breakfast, and a well-equipped gym – truly perfect for a vacation. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of power outlets (understandable given it's an older building) and the old-fashioned light switches which weren't as convenient as modern centralized controls. **Hygiene:** Excellent, cleaned daily. **Environment:** Great! Very convenient for getting around. **Service:** This is where it fell a bit short. It felt like there was a difference in how Korean, Japanese, and Western guests were treated compared to Chinese guests. Also, the Chinese speaking ability at the front desk was quite weak.

We had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel! Pure relaxation! The sea itself is just incredible – unbelievably beautiful! The hotel, admittedly, isn't new, but our bungalow was quite clean, with white linens and towels, and clean, fresh-smelling robes! No critters in the room! It was quiet and peaceful; in the mornings, you'd be woken by birdsong, not car noise! The breakfasts are excellent; you'll find everything you need for a delicious and filling meal! The only downside is that the restaurant's menu for lunch and dinner is a bit limited. But we just took the boat to Nha Trang, so it wasn't an issue: a 5-7 minute ride on a boat that runs every 2 hours, and you're on the mainland! The night view from the bungalow was simply amazing!!! All in all, we really loved this hotel!

You shouldn't expect anything special for that kind of money. The room is 'tired', with mold, needs repairs. The breakfast doesn't taste good. Booked for 3 nights, left after the first one. While looking for more comfortable accommodation, the overall window will be here, but it's better to pay a little extra and choose a better hotel.

I think it's a good place for a quiet stay on the beach. However, it's quite far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi or similar to go out for meals. There was a shuttle bus to Nha Trang center. The grounds are vast, and it's a long walk from the reception to the beach, rooms, and breakfast area. There were several electric carts, but they weren't operational. It was a shame we couldn't use them, especially since we had children and a lot of luggage. The cleaning seemed to be thorough. Using the shower and bathtub was also fine. The quality and quantity of breakfast were good. Having breakfast while watching the sunrise was wonderful. The pool and beach were almost deserted, which was excellent. The room was spacious, had a bathtub, and the price was low. The drawbacks are the lack of amenities nearby and the unusable electric carts. If you can overlook these, I think it's a hotel with excellent value for money. While it's advertised as a 5-star hotel, perhaps it was when it first opened. But now there are many higher-quality hotels in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh. Compared to those, I really hope this hotel strives to improve even more.

Great location. A little dated but great value for money. Local buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Great roof top bar for a great view. Room had a great sea view.
