Mountain View Hotels in Nha Trang

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

I booked because of the Panama pool, and the pool was big and nice. However, when I asked to change rooms due to a facility failure, they kept delaying while saying they would change rooms and repairing the facility. They should have fixed it after changing rooms, but they dragged on and wasted over an hour. It was frustrating. After that, they apologized and gave me some fruit as a service, but I felt bad that they took an hour during the day when I was traveling. It was shocking that they changed rooms after three people looked around and said they couldn't fix it... They also delayed the time again while changing the room because they brought the wrong key... They weren't very thorough. The breakfast was really tasteless. It was tasteless. And the elevator software wasn't managed at all.

Stayed here for 23 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't see their bad attitude and use their native language to say bad things about customers at busy times although I saw the crowd are so noise when check in. Really comfortable with their service. The price is a good deal compared to other hotels and their service.

I had an excellent vacation in Nha Trang, staying at December Hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the distance to the beach, but that can be offset by the delicious breakfast and especially the amazing Korean mixed noodles. I will definitely return.

This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. Una menzione particolare alla receptionist giovane ma preparata e con un ottimo livello di inglese

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

The Resort a little bit far away from the city. But this is the best value for money pool bungalow accommodation. The Gym and the kid club are nearby the pool.The room service is also acceptable price. The staff are friendly with great breakfast! You can use the bike to go around the Resort. Besides the pool, it also has a private beach name's Nhũ Tiên. You need to use the buggy for transportation. But It's not disappointed for your time because of its beauty. The white sand along the beach is very clean. They set up the sunbed and umbrella on the beach also. It's a nice place for relaxing with the reasonable price! I will be back again!

I feel this hotel is catered more toward domestic tourists. We stayed for three nights and was under whelmed. The staff's English was fairly limited, and the check in process lack luster. No real welcome, or explanation of the facilities, just here is your room and key. The room itself was pretty clean/ tidy. The minibar didn't work, and the LED ***** lights in the wardrobe couldn't be turned off at night...The staff weren't able to help with this. I enquired about a tour booking service and they were not able to help me despite having it listed as a service. The pool was nice enough but the staff working there made it seem we were a bother for wanting to use it, and requesting towels. The breakfast buffet was great and I would recommend it. I know there is nothing the hotel can do, but we had other guests partying in their room for first night (15 people). And the other nights a work conference from Saoviet/Baoviet whom guests were noisy all night and morning yelling down the corridors, without consideration for other guests. What made it worse was that they didn't understand the concept of letting people off a lift before entering. We had to literally shove them out of our way to get out. But being in a large group they were treated better than we were. Good for a clean and tidy room, and breakfast but don't expect much more.

Located in the very center. Quick check-in from 2 p.m. The room is clean, towels and water are changed daily. Cleaning is done. Noisy from the street, for whom it is important, although the floor was above the 30th. The area has a developed infrastructure, but the prices are twice as high as in the area, which is 15-20 minutes walk away.
