"It was a very good experience to come to Nha Trang. The environment is beautiful and there are Chinese-speaking butlers, which brought great convenience to our trip. Compared with Aman, Six Senses is more cost-effective and a hotel worth recommending to friends."

"The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!"

"I visited Nha Trang for my couple's first baby prenatal trip. The Anam Cam Ranh Resort impressed my couple a lot with its nice facilities, delicious meals, several swimming pools, and friendly service. In particular, “Nhat Uyen”, the receptionist I met when I checked in, checked me in on KakaoTalk messages every day about how I was doing and my room condition, and connected me with all the services I wanted to the best. Thanks to her, my two days at The Anam Resort had the best travel period. I will visit again next time. I recommend The Anam Cam Ranh to all travelers."

"Luxury hotel, everything is great. The villas are well equipped and newly renovated, the staff is friendly, breakfasts and dinners are super, high level. Good gym with fruits. Coconuts for breakfast - so simple and so cool. The pastries are magical. The only thing is that the beach is rocky, it turns out it's a backwater, there is no open sea. But there are fish and other inhabitants, take a mask. There is a SUP and a boat. The kids club is great. A really decent hotel."

"I stayed in the hotel for 4 days on vacation. I didn't visit any attractions in the city. The resort had different activities every day, which was not boring at all. The canopy pool villa I booked was great, surrounded by jungle, and the air was good. There were many places to explore. The meals were rich, with local Vietnamese characteristics, and Western food could also be ordered. The hotel butler responded quickly and the service was thoughtful. It is suitable for parent-child vacations or vacations with the elderly."

"We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. Hope those small details will be implemented and improved by then. Cheers"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! Our villa was clean and big, there’s tuk tuk available 24/7 to take you around the entire resort but we personally enjoyed walking. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great for us as it’s close to the airport but if you prefer to go outside and explore perhaps stay nearer to Nha Trang city centre, since there’s nothing much around. We went to the gym and played tennis a couple of times. In terms of food options, Cape Nao (beach club) had the best food but they are only open until 6pm. Room service wasn’t tasty but did the job given the convenience. I would come again for a get away trip to recharge!"

"My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. "Our second stay at Swandor Cam Ranh and it was even better as we went during a better season. Perfect sunshine with pools and the beach. The shows were great and the food just as good as last time. Special mention to all the Animators team, Mark and Yulia and Mani from Cuba. The activities they organize made our stay even more fun. Their energy levels boosted all of ours as well!"

"Our family’s stay at the Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa on Hon Tre Island was a blend of breathtaking natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, and a few areas needing improvement. The island itself is a tropical paradise—picture serene, crystal-clear seas teeming with vibrant marine life, coconut palms heavy with fruit, and lush groves of mangoes and bananas. The air is perfumed with the scent of exotic flowers from the island’s diverse trees, creating a serene backdrop that feels like stepping into a postcard. The resort itself is visually stunning, offering a range of accommodations to suit different needs. The villas are a highlight, with spacious double, triple, and quadruple bedroom options, many featuring private pools that elevate the luxury experience. The main building offers a variety of well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, catering to couples, families, or solo travelers. The expansive beach, paired with jaw-dropping sea views, is a standout feature, perfect for soaking in the tranquility or enjoying water activities. Dining at the resort is a delight, with a wide array of options to satisfy every palate, including thoughtfully prepared halal dishes. Whether you’re craving local Vietnamese flavors or international cuisine, there’s something for everyone. However, the “Sands” restaurant had a notable downside: the far corner, where dirty dishes are collected near the coffee machines and Vietnamese coffee station, was unpleasantly odorous, with dirty walls and shelves that detracted from the otherwise pleasant dining experience. Management should address this promptly to maintain the resort’s high standards. Service was generally acceptable, but there’s room for improvement. While some staff members, like the exceptional Lisa at reception, were superheroes—quickly resolving issues with clarity and professionalism—others seemed undertrained. The guest relations team, in particular, could benefit from better selection and training to match the resort’s luxury positioning. Housekeeping was a mixed bag; we observed some staff working diligently, but the cleaning quality in our villa was inconsistent, with noticeable lapses that left us disappointed. Facility-wise, the resort’s infrastructure needs attention. Shower heads and bathroom faucets were subpar, and poor drainage in the showers caused water to pool, which was frustrating. Additionally, the beach, while stunning, was littered to a surprising degree—comparable to a public beaches like Miami’s. Given the resort’s emphasis on nature, we were surprised by the lack of regular beach cleaning. I recommend management invest in sand-cleaning machines and implement a routine maintenance schedule, perhaps every two weeks, to preserve the island’s pristine beauty. A gentle reminder to guests: please help protect this natural gem by keeping it clean! Overall, the Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa offers a luxurious escape in a breathtaking setting, with diverse accommodations and dining options. However, management must address staff training, facility maintenance, and beach cleanliness to fully match the resort’s potential. We’d return for the stunning views and Liza’s stellar service, but we hope to see improvements for an even better experience."
