GGuest UserProfessionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

AAnonymous UserGreat hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

MMOHAMED RAMIThe hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

WWEIPerhaps due to the off-season, the hotel is very cost-effective, including three meals. The quality of the meals far exceeded expectations. The facilities are a bit old, and although the staff is not enthusiastic, they are very efficient.

AAnonymous UserThe resort hotel has a good overall vacation experience with good food, accommodation and entertainment. It is very close to the beach. The hotel has water park facilities and three swimming pools. There are sometimes performances in the evening. The food is good and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.
