Amazing

AAlipallyLet’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

CChelle RobBeautiful hotel, loved being right on the beach. Very chill vibes, restaurant has good food. Can be a little loud from motor bikes & birds. I had ear plugs & no problems sleeping. ( We did stay in Coco 3, which is near the front, I’m sure the ones further back didn’t hear the bikes). Would definitely stay again!

AAnonymous UserA wonderful beach hotel! The grounds aren't huge, but they're very green and well-maintained. The bungalows are super cozy and charming. From any bungalow, it's no more than a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a restaurant on-site serving both European and Thai cuisine. For breakfast, I even found oatmeal with mango! The beach is beautiful and long enough for a nice stroll. The sand is incredibly soft and fine. It does get a bit shallow at low tide. There's a Seven-Eleven about a 7-minute walk from the hotel along the main road.

SSvtloveartWe arrived with three friends and booked a deluxe room, but another person joined us mid-stay. Upon check-in, they asked for everyone's passports (and made copies), refused to upgrade our room, and also refused to allow all four of us to share the same room. But our friend was lucky; there was one standard room available, so we booked it. Excellent hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with vouchers, and there are cakes and a variety of desserts. We really enjoyed it.

SSvetlana NeoIt was a wonderful vacation! An incredibly beautiful island, the cleanest sea with sand, a magnificent view. The hotel is located right on the beach, from the room to the water a minute! On the beach you can order from the menu and write it down to the room, which is very convenient. Wonderful breakfasts, all with the same view. But I want to say a special word about the staff and highlight the wonderful Mild. She took care of us throughout the vacation. When our child had an emergency health problem, she promptly helped with the clinic and transfer. Incredibly attentive and caring. Thank you! Overall, the impressions of this place are magical. It was very calm, which is rare in bustling Thailand. And here is a paradise - there are no extra people, there are simply few of them, there are no traders on the beach, they take care of you ❤️ At the same time, everything is fine with entertainment. There are restaurants, bars and massage parlors on the street nearby. In the hotel itself, there are musicians or other artists in the evenings. There are free kayaks and SUPs 10 out of 10

GGuest UserThe resort is outdated. The room was clean and spacious, but it wasn’t designed in a way that makes constructive use of the space. There’s very little room to put your luggage, and the lighting was poor. The air conditioning blows directly onto the head of the bed. The beachfront is beautiful, but the bar leaves much to be desired. As for the resort’s policies and staff, I have the following comments: they have fines for almost everything. They provide beach towels at the reception, but you’re only allowed to use them on their beach and must return them “immediately” after you’re done. If you don’t comply—fine! The safe wasn’t working. The room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. And they would “forget” to give us the two basic bottles of water, even though they had stated we would receive them. Water is very cheap—it’s not about the price, but about the services that are supposed to be provided.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities. The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay. Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more. Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel. Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.

PPhil HamillThe place has great views with great service & very clean. The problem is its positioning & lack of trees. On the side of a hill it faces the hot sun all day & with no tree protection is melting every afternoon. The pool was green & murky when I stayed.
