"A very modest inn but overall the experience was decent. Water was only provided on the first day during checkin and subsequent days were a bit confusing as they are not in the room. Some Japanese is needed to have a smoother breakfast experience but was decent."

"It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel from JR Atami Station. You can see the hotel when you go down the second step to the seaside road. The room is quite ordinary, but very clean. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. It is recommended to book a room on the 2nd floor. The hot spring is also on the 2nd floor and the lobby is on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is Japanese style. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. If you need dinner, it is recommended to go to the restaurant on the second floor around 19:00. Orders cannot be placed after 20:00. There is a Lawson supermarket about 150 meters away from the hotel. I personally feel that the food is not very rich.
You can see the sea from the room, and it only takes 30 minutes to walk along the seaside to Atami Port. From Atami Port, you can take a boat to Hatsushima. The one-way ticket is 2,800 yen. There is a road behind the beach, and across the road is Atami Ginza Street, which has many restaurants."
Located on a hillside overlooking the sea, the hotel truly offers panoramic views of the beach and harbor from its rooftop bathhouse! The higher-floor rooms undoubtedly boast stunning views, just as advertised. However, it's a great pity that some lower-floor rooms offer no view at all, instead looking down at the walls of neighboring buildings. Even worse, the hotel's marketing team ”forgot” to mention this in the booking details on Ctrip, so you can imagine how disappointed guests were upon arrival! The staff expressed sympathy and understanding, but with the hotel fully booked due to the fireworks festival, they could only repeatedly apologize and reassure guests. It's highly recommended to arrive early for the fireworks festival to avoid the minor disappointment of being assigned a lower-floor room! However, as the fireworks began, these minor issues were forgotten, and everyone exclaimed in admiration!
