The staff noticed our behavior and spoke to us before we arrived, so we were able to spend our time from check-in to check-out feeling fulfilled. The room was clean and had a nice ocean view, and all the drinks in the fridge were free, and the mandarin orange juice was delicious. The open-air bath was infinity, in a spectacular location, and the temperature was perfect. The freshly made omelettes at the breakfast buffet were soft and delicious. I would definitely like to return as a treat.

The room I booked has a rectangular hot spring pool, but I found out after checking in that I was assigned another hexagonal room. This is not good. Because Ctrip shows that the two room booking pages are different. I stayed for a few days and it was quiet. The dinner focused on the sense of ceremony and the taste was Western. The overall environment is beautiful, but remote.

Very good experience, the check-in process is relatively simple. The room is very clean, the overall facilities look very new, the room faces the sea, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the Atami Bay from a distance when you get up, very comfortable.
The beverage bar on the first floor will be replenished in time, and there are actually staff to help solve any problems.
The bathhouse on B1 is not crowded, and it is also very clean. It is very comfortable to take a bath after a day of fun.
There is a rooftop on the top floor where you can lie on the net bed to watch the stars. There is even a party room, children's books and office cubicles on the second floor, which is really thoughtful.

The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together.
You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)

A more traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, with good service, a warm atmosphere, and good English at the front desk. However, the facilities are relatively old, and the dinner is mediocre, but the portions are quite large, so you don't have to worry about not eating enough. Another big advantage is that it is very close to the station. If you are with your family and luggage, you can walk to the hotel in two minutes after exiting the station.

It has a shared toilet and a Japanese-style room, and you have to make your own bed. It has the flavor of local travel in Japan! You can watch Atami Beach and the sunrise from the rooftop terrace, which is beautiful. It is very inconvenient to carry luggage up and down the mountain. It is recommended to take a taxi, but it is not far from the beach and shopping street, but the entire Atami is on a slope. Standard Japanese-style hot spring hotel, on the mountainside, the art museum will pass a little more. Taxi from Shizuoka Station is generally about 1500YEN. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the station and several fixed points at 4 fixed times in the morning, and a taxi is required to enter and exit at other times. Breakfast is normal. The room is very beautiful, Western-style double bed, Japanese-style dining table with exquisite pastries. The balcony has an open-air hot spring bath, which is very Japanese classic. It was almost dusk when I arrived at the hotel. The uncle greeted at the door was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The reception aunt was also very enthusiastic to talk about everything and amiable. Dinner is very grand Japanese-style set food, fresh and delicious ingredients! Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries.
Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We don’t know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 o’clock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes.
After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building.
Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock.

KKunduSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
