"Stayed here for 4 days, I’m currently walking the coast line. Cheap and cheerful, nothing too exciting but good if you just want to relax close to the sea! :) I actually enjoyed it here, nice place, but I’m a simple guy! :)"

GGuest UserNorthgale, the best and warmest in Skegness. “Tea or coffee,” was the owner’s first greeting when we met. Then she patiently showed me the rooms and let me make my choice. Then I got welcome wine. It’s too sweet, and I sleep very well. I really love it. It’s hard to say goodbye to the owner's family. I loved their kindness and warmth. They offer the best price with the best service. Come and try; you’ll agree with me.

Aangie adeJosie and Paul are very nice friendly hosts, we arrived early and they let us park our car up while the room was being prepared. We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room which was very clean and tidy with a tv, coffee stand and fresh towels, the bed was so comfortable and clean. also the guest house was quiet and well lit when you arrive back late at night . A really nice area and it's only a short walk to all the attractions and seafront from the b&b. We didn't have breakfast but it did look amazing. We recommend this guest house 100%
