North Shore Hotel ★★★
"Excellent, can't fault at all, would stay again"
OYO Ivy Hotel ★★★
"The room, tired, dated and unkempt.. Wall socket loose, decor is worn, pillows were stained. The headboard was falling off. Disgusting really. Just didn't feel at ease at all. Definitely won't be going again. The receptionist was OK though. Sadly our room 201 wasn't up to standard."
Premier Inn Skegness Seafront ★★★
"Have just left this hotel this morning to drive back home due to a terrible nights sleep. My partner awoke at 5 am this morning with painful back ache due to the matress on the bed we were in room 403. Partner strpped the bed to find a saggy old mattress with staines on obviously well hammerd! Partner went down to reception at 6am to see if we could move rooms was told by receptionist we are fully booked very unhelpful were told to ring guest relations when they open tommorow tues. We had paid for 2 nights but had no choice but to leave as we couldnt have another uncomfortable night. We paid 136 pounds plus 8 pounds for parking which we didnt know about until we arrived yesterday rooms overpriced for what they are we were here sun 3 may 2026 what a bank holiday balls up!."
The Grand Hotel ★★★
"The room was Cold we found a bird come into our room"
The Monsell Hotel ★★

Diamond Apartments Skegness ★★★

Coasters Holiday Apartments ★★★
"‼️AVOID AT ALL COSTS‼️ I don’t even know where to start talking about this atrocious hotel. Booking and paying for an accessible ground floor apartment for myself, husband and my elderly parents (who rely on oxygen to walk) means nothing to these rude employees. After travelling several hours we arrive to an unstaffed hotel with no code to get in. Called the hotel and a rude employee arrived to let us in to tell me they had no accessible ground floor room (the apartment I was told was booked for me). She was completely useless in helping so the manager arrived to also confirm there was no accessible room for my disabled guests. The manager then expected my elderly father whilst using oxygen to walk to another hotel through a dark, dirty alleyway. I went on his behalf as this was completely unacceptable to ask him to do to then discover the other hotel also cannot fulfill our requirements (the requirements I was assured on the phone could be met). Long story short, myself, husband and elderly parents were then left with no where to stay at 8:30pm. Save yourself from these heartless money grabbers and book a decent hotel."
Harbour Flats ★★★
"Had a few issues with hotel access but redeemed themselves in a timely manor. Will be using them again for future stays"
OYO Diamond Apartments Skegness ★★
"Avoid this place! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stopped in, the place is filthy, outdated and dangerous. The smell of the place is something else, especially because everyone smokes inside. The walls are yellow from the smoke. Some people had even written on the walls about how bad it was (including swearing) but instead of painting over the writing they covered it with a painting. There are dirty old mattresses everywhere, along with a load of other junk just left around the place. We didn’t have a TV remote and so we raised it with the hotel who promised one would be sent over but that never happened. The worst part is the live electrics on show. And for some strange reason the taps are on the wrong way round. The oven was filthy, the blinds were broken, the bathroom floor felt like it was about to go through at anytime, a massive gap at the bottom of the front door for anyone to look through, the list is never ending. Hopefully the photos will give an idea of the state of the place. Please don’t waste your money staying here."

Caxton House
"We were a family of 18 celebrating wedding anniversary, birthday and early Xmas day celebration. we all had a great time, the place was huge, very clean, loads of space. Majority’s of beds were comfy apart from single bedroom, think it needs new mattress. The karaoke machine and games room went down a blast with everyone. Would definitely recommend for large groups of people."
