SStefanDas Hotel ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Hardware und sehr tollen Menschen im Service, am Empfang und im Restaurant. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Leider ist das Housekeeping ein wenig in konsistent. Mal hervorragend, mal werden Dinge vergessen oder es findet z.B. kein Turndown-Service statt. Auf jeden Fall aber ein tolles Hotel, um Dinard und St. Malo zu erkunden und die schöne Küste im Nordern der Bretagne zu entdecken.

The restaurant is also large and spacious, highlighting the luxury of a four-star hotel, and the floor-to-ceiling glass windows have a good visual effect. Located at a few forks in the street, it takes two or three minutes to walk close to the beach to see the sea view. The only downside was that there was no hot water in the bath on the first day. The front desk did not call someone to repair it. The cold shower was taken. Trip.com I contacted the front desk to have hot water the next afternoon. I said that the system was broken (I can’t understand it. I haven’t encountered such a thing. It’s a bit uncomfortable). The first night’s room rate was refunded when I asked for a refund. 300 yuan. The sink basin is too high to make my clothes wet. The edge of the sink seeps into the wooden countertop. When washing hands and face, I need to dry the water that penetrates with a towel. The plug of the sink is not elastic. I need to pick it up and put the water. It is full of rust. I can't stand the cleanliness, indicating that the hotel does not pay much attention to infrastructure. I love cleanliness. If I don't solve the rust and the basin seepage, I will not stay next time. There is also a hot water problem. The service is not timely and annoying. The hair is not washed. I plan to take a hot bath and sleep comfortably. The girl takes a cold bath.

Oolga.lavnaiThe hotel is excellent, near the parking, near the beach and restaurants, shops. Staff responsive, there were interruptions with wifi, had to reconnect every 30 minutes.
