GGuest UserHotel location is good, clean and tidy, go to the beach for five minutes, go to the airport for about 15 minutes by car, there is bus, breakfast 8:00, I have to catch the plane, go at 7:00, there are, there are fewer varieties, there are swimming pools , the environment is very good, nice hotel!

JJames Downs-FordDidn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge. Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card. Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it.

AAnonymous UserIs seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone. The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough. Would recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserI traveled solo so I was given a solo room for 4 nights. S’Arenal beach is very close to the hotel, it’s a 7-minute walk otherwise Playa de Palma is a 45-minute walk or you have the A2 bus to the airport that takes you there. It’s well served. As for the hotel, you don’t expect luxury but for the price it’s reasonable. On the other hand the walls… are very thin, you can hear the guests next door unfortunately. That’s the only negative point otherwise we have access to everyone. (check with reception) The area is specifically for party-goers, quite a few Germans, restaurants where German is spoken. If you like to party, welcome to S’Arenal :)
