"For us HBE Spain, it is family synonym. We have stayed here for four years and we find ourselves really good, besides having a beautiful relationship with the owner Alberto, which is very kind and very available and is a friend for us. Their rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, not to mention the outside, a beautiful historic building of prey. This year we also had the honour of living the suite, which has a beautiful panoramic terrace that we lived there from the main square of Llucmajor, beautiful sunshine and crepusculars, to not speak of how many stars we saw and how the wind of the night made us sleep. The cleaning is unfair, the bathroom is cleaned every day and the towels are changed if necessary, the ladies who take care of the cleaning are very kind and very available. I would advise anyone who wishes to live the authentic and elegant Mallorca to stay here."

"Forget the negative reviews. This hotel is lovely. The beach is very nice and was uncrowded and very lovely. Nicer than Parma, nicer than Port du Soller. There were no damaging Germans. There were no unruly youths. The hotel is a fair mix of ages. I went with my mum of 85 and she loved it. Food wise could not fault and I never got to my allocation of alcohol. To do so would mean drinking six beers a day. Would go again."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The room was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore while still being peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. The pool was absolutely amazing—a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. A very special thank you to Luisa, who was an exceptional host. She was incredibly warm, responsive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back. Thank you, Luisa, for such a wonderful experience!"

"Location great close to beach and shops. Atmosphere not great in the hotel no entertainment and no music playing. Rooms are very dated, door and cupboard broken bed was comfy tho. View from the room is terrible not really a sea view just looking at roof tops and other buildings. Value for money no way. Cleaner only clean a few things. They don't clean cupboard surfaces and some areas of the room had never been cleaned at all and they don't change the bed sheets, one day they forgot to put towels in our room but this was sorted quickly. Very noisy area with young people. The lounge bar was closed all week they said it was shut because air con had broken. Which was a lie. The main entrance was so hot due to no aircon on, they said it was broken which was a lie. Also the restaurant had no aircon on either so it was so hot to eat in there it was unbearable complained they said aircon was broken which was a lie. Then to top if off the cleaner left 2 of our room doors unlocked and someone had been looking through my stuff in my draws and when i complained then tried to blame us and didn't speak to staff untill 2 days after the incident and when complaining to the assistant manager he tried to blame us for leaving the rooms unlocked which we didn't, the assistant manager was very rude and not understanding at all, i read all my cocerns to him but he wasn't bothered. Also we were waiting for plates, bowls and cups in the restaurant all the time and also tables wasn't being cleaned, dirty plates and cups left on tables, very short staffed. Also plates not washed properly food still on them. There was food on the floor in the restaurant from the day before with ants all over it. Swimming pool has no shallow end and was very deep and not enough hand rails around it to get in and out safely. The food was ok but not alot of choice. I have made a complaint with who i travelled with. Also there leaflet they gave us on arrival said lounge bar open and it wasn't. We are all ill on arrival home probably due to the filters in the aircon not being changed in the rooms. It was 35c all week so you can image no aircon on in the main areas of the hotel was absolute hell Been to doctors and said we are ill due to dirty aircon Lets say i won't be booking here again. The beach is lovely tho and the shops and bars are great in the area just book a different hotel"

"Our dinner at Sea Club at Cap Rocat was absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our trip. It was our first time dining here, and we left feeling genuinely happy, relaxed, and thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. We’re from central London and are lucky to be spoiled for choice when it comes to high-end dining. So, we naturally arrived with fairly high expectations—but Sea Club surpassed them in every way. The setting is beautiful and serene, with stunning views that immediately set the tone for something special. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and effortlessly professional. They struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive, polished yet relaxed. It felt seamless, never over the top or forced, and it really allowed us to unwind and enjoy the moment. The food was equally outstanding. Every dish was prepared with care and beautifully presented. The salt-baked fish in particular was a real highlight—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of delicate flavour. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the thought behind each dish. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers so well on every level—atmosphere, service, and food—but Sea Club truly did. We left already talking about when we could return and will absolutely be recommending this gem to any friends visiting Mallorca in the future. This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Sea Club is a very special place, and we can’t wait to come back."

"The location was good. But it was bad as had to kept pressing bell just to check in at night. No one was around. Never had any info about hotel i.e wifi etc. The cleaning was appalling. We had no clean towels. We had to catch someone to get one and she was not amused by it. Only changed the bed once. The breakfast was a disgrace. God they charge for breakfast if others wanted to go their. The noise level was ok it was just the noisy others had no respect for anyone else. No amenities. We just shopped around. It is ok for mainly one night as they dont change anything. Can't say value for money"

"Booked all inclusive package only allowed 3 very small alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner. This was not stated when booked!!! (We would have chosen somewhere else). The food was always cold even if you went as soon as it was available. No entertainment! Pool area was small and in the shade until late in the afternoon so not able to sunbathe. Do not book this hotel if you are expecting to be able to stay at your hotel and use all inclusive facilities unless your happy with soft drinks all day! More like full board than all inclusive."

"Overall, this is a good hotel! Newly renovated, clean, and beautiful. Cleaning every day. Regarding the food: there was a decent variety at dinner, but breakfast was a bit lacking, almost repeating itself. Regarding the room: the idea of the translucent, non-closing shower and toilet doors is a real bummer. It's hard to shower or use the restroom without a problem. The balcony is a plus. It was also always very cold in the hotel; the air conditioners were blowing too much, so we had to wear sweaters to eat. Upon check-in, we paid a whopping 27 euros. This is the first time I've seen a 10% tourist tax."

"Deceived by the beautiful pictures on the internet, the reality is unclean, unkempt, dirty (including the pool and grounds) and unfriendly. The restaurant looks very dingy and the kitchen critical. The food is really inedible, and you'll look in vain for fresh produce at breakfast. Even though the manager Maria, who is responsible for everything, tries very hard, she is completely overwhelmed, which is clearly reflected in the quality. It seems that the guests here are mainly regulars who know how to help themselves and, above all, help a lot with the service. The hotel is not worth the price at all. When criticism is made, the friendliness ends very quickly."
