Hotel location is very good, parking is convenient, there is no breakfast, but there are many eating shops outside the door. The town is small and convenient to travel, suitable for traveling by car. I was going to stay a few days longer, but Heavenly Father didn't make beauty, so I had to come again next time!

GGuest UserOriginally very satisfied, the hotel is very new and the room is large. The front desk is also a good attitude. But when I checked out, I found that the hotel did not look at my order at all! The first night and the second night, I didn't ask me, and I didn't confirm whether I was a prepaid order, so I swiped my credit card to collect my room rate? The key is that I don't know at all! I thought it was pre-authorization, stupidly handed the credit card over, and I didn't even need to sign the bill by swiping my card? Doesn't the amount of my card even confirm with me? Can you blame me? Can you say that the service in North America is really not good! The service is so poor and basically glass heart can't be criticized and respected.

JJohnThe lobby and its fireplace is nice but guest room is a bit old and may need to be renovated or upgraded. The hot spring offers both indoor and outdoor pools and ONLY guests can enjoy the pool, be aware that the pool is NOT open to non-hotel guest. One strange thing is the hotel won’t accept cash as deposit, you must have a cc or debit card to do your check in, is it right?

PPawang TripNeed to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.
