Aracaju Beach Hotels

I liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. And from a map of the hotel highlighting the main locations, such as: restaurant, how to reach rooftop, academia ... But the hotel is of great quality.

The location is very good and the environment is pleasant, but the bed looked old and had a hole, which did not allow a good rest.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

A very strategic and good location, with affordable price.. Unfortunately we stay in a room with the window turned to the hotel's inner wall, without light or view . The air conditioning was disregulated, breakfast was in place needing more cleanliness.The swimming pool area was with bad smell of waste ...

The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden. The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it . 1st day a broken cabinet in the guard . 2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert [] 3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi 4th day the same thing 5th day without news 6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour 18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged . Hotel with excellent location, very good reception service, but the cleaning of the room and the towels leave much to desire.

Eles permitiram que eu fizesse o check-in antecipado, o quarto estava limpo, o Wi-fi e ar condicionado funcionavam bem e a localização era boa, embora eu ache Atalaia melhor. Esta pousada fica a uma quadra e meia da Praia dos Artistas e a uns 3 quarteirões da Feira do Turista. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom, embora possa variar um pouco mais de um dia pro outro. O quarto é simples, mas estava limpo. A única sugestão é trocarem a cama para uma que tenha os pés mais finos, pois toda hora eu batia a perna nos pés da cama, já que o corredor em frente a ela para passar de um lado para outro do quarto era estreito. No resto, tudo certo e obrigada pelo serviço, por guardarem a minha mala e pelo check-in antecipado!
