버버들버들It is the epitome of classic vintage charm. Everything is just as pretty as it looks in the photos. Also, the Bánh mì shop right across the street is delicious lol. The only disappointing part was when I went to the rooftop bar for a cocktail. While sitting on the outdoor terrace, a large family—who I couldn't tell were Chinese or Vietnamese, and who seemed to have just finished eating at a restaurant—suddenly spilled out onto the outdoor terrace area. Without ordering any drinks, they just sat there and kept making a huge ruckus. They even took the cushions right off the sofa I was sitting on without permission; they completely lacked any basic public etiquette. Despite this, the staff didn't stop them or take any action at all, so I ended up leaving shortly after.

AAnonymous UserBeing a new hotel, the facilities were very clean! I chose the breakfast inclusive option; while there weren't many varieties, it was delicious. However, I do think the location is a bit inconvenient. The surrounding area seems to be under development or construction, and there's really nothing there! That said, for those arriving by sleeper bus, the bus stop is very close, so access from there is good. Even so, it's still within walking distance to the city center.

ЕЕвгения МоисееваOn the plus side, I appreciated the quiet, cleanliness, and natural beauty of the place. However, there were some downsides: I didn't have a bathrobe after showering. For the high price paid, management should really consider providing bathrobes. Another negative point is that while panoramic windows are nice, there's no privacy from the outside, meaning anyone passing by can see what's happening inside the room. If you close the curtains, the room becomes dark. This caused a certain level of discomfort and made it hard to fully relax. I hope the management will take these suggestions into consideration. The cost of the stay is overpriced, especially considering these minor details were overlooked.

NNatali_AlexThe hotel is quite remote from everything. We rented a motorbike, so the distance wasn't an issue. There's construction happening nearby. The hotel is new, everything is very clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent. We didn't swim in the pool, but I saw several people using it. Housekeeping is done daily. If you have a mountain view room, the view is fantastic. The air is clean and pleasant to breathe. It's quiet all around. A beautiful hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Azalea Sapa Hotel for 3 nights and everything was great. Bed was firm, sheets & pillows were clean & white, no stains. Shower pressure was perfect & it was so quiet that I could get a proper sleep. Only sound was the roosters from the neighbour. Quality buffet breakfast on level 7 with a gorgeous view over the mountains & town. I really like the hotel’s decor, very elegant & classy. Conveniently located & only a short walk to Sun Plaza & the town centre. The only downside is that it is located on a bit of a hill so walking back after a long day out can be very tiring, but I would definitely stay there again if I return to Sapa.

LLuna TravelsVery hospitable hotel! I arrived at 6am and they let me check in right away for additional 300k VND. They also let me check out late. The room is not luxury but clean and had everything I needed. The AC warmed my room very quickly, and hot shower worked fine too. They have many breakfast options. I really enjoyed my pho bo and black coffee. The view from my room was great.

쭌쭌슬하This is by far the best villa! My friends who came with me also raved about it, and we all want to come back again. The scenery, surroundings, and even the sweet potatoes we roasted in the fireplace made for such a thoughtful and wonderful trip. I definitely want to visit again next time.

The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to many popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Sapa. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and shopping spots within walking distance, so everything you need is easily accessible. Right in front of the hotel, there are many massage shops and shopping stores offering reasonable and affordable prices. A little bargaining is recommended, and you can get some really good deals! 😊 Overall, a very convenient location and a great choice for staying in Sapa. Highly recommended! 👍🇻🇳

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Ssehwa## Location We rented a scooter from downtown, so the location didn't feel inconveniently far. However, if you don't have a scooter, you'd constantly need to call Grab (ride-hailing), which could be quite a hassle. ## Amenities The swimming pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to use. I didn't get to use other facilities, and my phone's international roaming didn't pick up a signal. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, constantly connecting and disconnecting. This might be an issue for heavy internet users, but as I didn't plan on spending much time online, it wasn't a major inconvenience for me personally. ## Service All the staff members were friendly. However, while they were polite, their friendliness wasn't particularly outstanding; it was more or less the standard level of service you'd expect at any hotel. ## Cleanliness It was exceptionally clean; absolutely spotless, with nothing to complain about. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa. While everything else was fairly standard, the view you wake up to in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. It's so incredibly beautiful it's hard to put into words. The view is truly unforgettable, and it alone makes me want to come back again.
