Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍

Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

TTototunVery artsy hotel with art deco(?) details and style. Surprisingly, this hotel was built not so long ago. The decor had me fooled. haha. Room was pretty small, my room type had inward facing balcony with glass sliding doors. Pretty annoying as guests walking the elevator corridor could see into your rooms. Welcome drink was a hot choco! Breakfast hall was huge and pretty, with varied options. Tasted so-so tho (pretty disappointed with the taste, but the view and the interior was eye-pleasing so there's that). Coffee was good as always (you're in Vietnam!). Tried out their bar (Absinthe), which was listed as 'award-winning' or Asia's Top XX Bar (forget by which platform) to be disappointed with the drink collection. Cocktails were subpar at best. The hotel offers discounted VIP pass tickets to the Sunworld Fansipan area, you can purchase it at the front desk. Indoor pool was pretty but very humid (its a warm water pool). Directly connected to the Sapa Station, near shops and eateries. Pretty far from the actual Sapa market (Cho) and the lake. Overall an ok stay.

TThawng Siangpa*”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel 1 night on 10 May and had a truly memorable experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Although we arrived in the morning, the hotel kindly allowed us to pre-check in and stored our luggage until the official check-in time at 2 pm.
Our room on the 17th floor was spotless, with all lights, power outlets, and washroom facilities working perfectly. The air conditioning, water heater, and swimming pool on level 13 were all in excellent condition. Breakfast at level 2 was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The hotel’s location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to shopping streets, 8–10 minutes to the bustling city center, 300m to Moana Café, and only a short drive to Alpine Coaster and Cat Cat Village parking area. The view from our room was fantastic, even though fog covered the scenery for two days during our stay.
Overall, KK Sapa Hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book here again when visiting Sapa in the future, and we highly recommend it to other travelers.

GGuest UserAwesome location! It’s a very easy walk to Sapa Station and all the restaurants. Plus, the hotel has clear, stunning views of both Sapa town and the mountains—totally worth it for a relaxing trip. The rooms are quite spacious, and if you check in early, you can use their shower room and drop off your bags first. The staff are also super helpful and speak English really well.

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel! It was really pretty when the fog cleared!! But the location is a bit disappointing (I can't help it...) I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ
But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!

LLils01Great hotel. Good location. Very clean. We had a quiet room on the third floor. The window did not have a view of anything except a wall which was fine as we didn't stay in the room much. There was a lot of variety for breakfast and the view front the pool was amazing. The gym was a good size. It needed dumbells heavier than 10kg though but a good gym hotel with lots of room. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

PPupaeBWe stayed here for two nights and were very impressed. The location is close to many important and beautiful places. We loved it so much that we could walk around the nightlife safely and enjoy it. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly, and they were very helpful. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. Our room had a view of the city center, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. We highly recommend this place. You'll love it.

AAmilrozanI had a wonderful stay at Joville Hotel in Sapa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money—but what really made my experience unforgettable was the staff.
They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with directions, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure everything was okay, their level of care and attentiveness was exceptional.
It’s rare to find such accommodating and kind service, and it definitely made my trip more enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa, and I would gladly stay here again.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
