"The hotel is not far from the beach, although it is not directly facing the beach, but you can still see the hotel facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. The room has free costa coffee capsules. Milk and mineral water in the refrigerator are free 15 pounds per person. The breakfast is also very good with a sea view The price-performance ratio of this hotel is still very recommended. There are many restaurants when you go out. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the small train on Mount Ohm"

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

The room was decently sized, had all the basics and is in a very good location. Main downside was the parking for us, there are very few on site parking spaces which are first come first served. So, we had to resort to the waterfront parking which can be quite expensive.

The quilt is very itchy, there is bird shit on the window sill, there will be birds calling loudly in the morning, the traffic is very convenient

Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views.

What a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.  The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!

The hotel itself is on the Promenade. We found parking opposite the hotel ver convenient and for only £5.40 for 24 hrs. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, beds were really comfortable and we had a sea view which was a bonus. Breakfast was about average for a self service, tasty bacon and sausage, and the tea served in a proper teapot was lovely. The reception staff were very informative and friendly. This hotel mostly caters to coach holidays so I would not say it would appeal to younger people. There was bingo and entertainment on the 3 nights we stayed which nice for the mainly elderly visitors. Overall a very good place to stay
