My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

Room not upgraded as per trip.com free member upgrade. Air conditioning does not cool. No help with luggage. Do not recommend.

Nice hotel, However the Room Service Menu which was supposed to have western items did not. On asking the question why was told that the restaurant was Chinese and was unable to produce any simple Western dishes. Hotel employees were all very helpful.

We stayed for two days during the May Day holiday and had a strong feeling about the service, whether it was the lobby manager's caring and concern or the meticulous care of the foreman manager in the buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor. Facilities: Complete Hygiene: Good Environment: Nice Service: Considerate It was very comfortable to stay in Baoding for two nights. It would be better if the mini bar could be provided once for free and a disposable bath bag. The heated swimming pool is very friendly to children.
