Great place near train station

Great location near the central station of the beautiful city of Leiden. The hotel itself is well into the world-known standards of the Ibis brand; as always, an Ibis hotel is a safe bet for a comfortable night with reasonable prices. Extra points for all of the helpful and sympathetic people at the check-in counter! (The picture I added is actually the windows' view from my room, which was quite pleasant - even more so with the daylight in the morning)

The location is good, close to the central train station, city hall, large supermarkets, and there are many places to eat around.

Check in was quick and the front desk staff was warm and friendly. However, after staying for two nights, the room was not cleaned and I had to clean it myself.

Very good room experience. The hotel room is large and the equipment is clean. The transportation facilities near the hotel are also very convenient, and it is also very convenient and quick to walk back to the hotel from the station.
