3300561****The Orange Hotel is truly the pinnacle. We stayed in Xiongxian specifically for this hotel, and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are all first-rate, with thoughtful decor and a grand sightseeing elevator. The self-service coffee on the first floor is excellent, and they also make cappuccinos and iced Americanos. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The service is friendly, especially at the first-floor reception desk. They even offered souvenirs and even provided medicated oil to keep mosquitoes away. While the surrounding area is relatively undeveloped and mostly consists of resettlement housing, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful and dining options are convenient. The handsome guy who picked us up at the station was a part-time university intern. We were picked up and taken to and from the station by a business car with massage seats—truly excellent service.

The whole service is the best I have ever experienced recently. From check-in to dining, especially in the morning, the waiter will help you get your bag when you come in and put it on the seat. She is good-looking and has a good service attitude. She will serve you with a smile throughout the morning. Have a good mood. There are many kinds of breakfast, including donkey meat grilled on fire, very satisfied!

Normally, if you take a taxi by yourself, you can’t find the driver and get lost easily, but the hotel driver Wang The master is waiting from the exit, which is really convenient and skilled in driving. Other service staff in the hotel are also very professional, it is a very good five-star hotel

From the freshly baked bread to the fragrant hot coffee, everything is mouth-watering. Particularly worth mentioning is their omelette, which is tender and just right. The fruit section also has a wide range of varieties and colorful colors, which not only satisfies the taste buds, but also makes people happy. The service staff are friendly and the environment is elegant and comfortable, making people feel peaceful and comfortable while enjoying delicious food. This kind of breakfast experience undoubtedly added a lot of points to my stay at Shui'an Huacheng Hotel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

GGuest UserService good. The hotel has a very engaging, welcoming and helpful Manager. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again. A suggestion is that Wudo needs to consider having a small freezer and oven for food warming especially during this winter season where going out for dinner is not comfortable. Otherwise I still recommend Wudo to my friends.
