The hotel's facilities are quite good, though there aren't many elevators, leading to long waits. The service, however, left me speechless. I was initially told that my two rooms could be on the same floor, only to be informed half an hour later that it wasn't possible. Also, if a room is registered to only one person, you only get one key card, which meant I couldn't access another floor. When I registered my child's ID later that evening to get another key card, the previous card was deactivated. Getting a replacement key card was more complicated and took longer than the initial check-in process. To top it off, all key cards stopped working the next day... This is the first time I've encountered such baffling service and policies.

This is a very comfortable hotel, Atour is always my first choice for business trips. All the details are perfect. The selection of books in the Zhuju library is very tasteful. The room is quiet and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the shower with hot water is super pleasant. I'm very satisfied. It's within walking distance to Wanda Plaza, and there's also a bathhouse nearby, so the location is convenient.
