DT Hotel - Pratunam Reviews

The hotel is conveniently located near a food court and a mall. While it requires a bit of walking, there are plenty of facilities in the area. Muslim travelers can find halal options at the popular MUSLIM FOOD stall in the food court. The room is big and very spacious, providing great comfort. The bathroom has a designated area to sidai baju (hang clothes), which is really useful. However, the floor tends to stay wet because the water doesn’t drain properly. The reception staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs. Overall, it’s a good stay with some minor issues.

Me and 4 of my friends stayed there for 1 night . the place was kind of creepy but i didn't see anything. As for the resurities they have the best security guy he is the nicest person i've ever met. he raise all the cats with his low income. We were all so touch. i didn't get much of the photo from the place i only got one in the elevator and photos in front of the place

Very bad smell when entering hotel lobby, no air-conditioning in lobby. Rooms are also bad smells. Air-conditioners are not well maintained.

The hotel is okay to stay. Very near to pratunam market. Easy to navigate

DT Hotel is okay for its price. It's clean and they changed the towels, soap, tissue and water everyday. The receptionist let us have an early check in without an additional price. The location is in the busy location of Pratunam but you have to walk 5 to 10 mins to reach the hotel.

Ok place for a short stay . AC units are old and may make noise in some rooms... Water pressure also a bit low..

The hotel is good but the amenities are not good the shower is not totally good

A bit accessible from the Airport Rail Line but could be a bit difficult walking to here when you’ve a handful of luggage. Relatively clean place but the shower drain took a while to drain so it was a bit disgusting. Overall exp is okay. No hair dryer available

Location is good near Phaya Thai BTS Station. Walking to Pratunam area not far a lot of eateries . However hotel hallway dark. Only give 1 room card very inconvenient when 1 party goes out whole place is dark. AC not working well, not cold. Power point only 2. One for fridge left one so when you charge the phone cannot boil water.

I had a pleasant journey stay at DT Hotel-Pratunam. English well-spoken receptionists and the service was so smooth both for check in and check out. The hotel is not far away from pratunam market, platinum mall, Indra square and we can reach all those places within in 15 mins walk. The room is spacious and clean. For recommendation, they should be provided air dryer and micro wave( I want to reheat my 7/11 food). Whatever DT Hotel-Pratunam is a good choice when you think about of staying at pratunam with budget type. It remains a good choice for travellers looking for excellent service in a convenient location around pratunam.

Service The service at the hotel left much to be desired. While the staff were friendly, there seemed to be a lack of efficiency in handling requests. For instance, it took longer than expected to receive room service and assistance with inquiries. Improvement in staff training and responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. The gym lacked proper equipment, and the pool area could use more maintenance. Investing in upgrades and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained would make a significant difference. Location On a positive note, the location was quite convenient. Situated in Pratunam, it's close to shopping areas and local attractions, making it easy to explore the city. However, the surrounding noise from the busy streets can be a bit overwhelming at times.

I tried to book my regular hotel but was full. So I tried this place and paid for a standard room. But should be called a sub standard room. The room was old and out dated tv was quite old and poor picture when turned on. Spilt system drained into the bathroom which made it very slippery. Only book if it’s a last last last option. Never again
