It's located near BTS SkyTrain, easy for travelling to the other place. The room is very big.

room was spacious but washroom and bath tub kinda old and dirty . shower only cold water .

The housekeeping staff knocked on our door and asked us whether we wanted our room cleaned right now or not. I was surprised by this behavior because we hadn't hung the "please make up the room" sign on the door knob. I asked them to let me know about the available time for room cleaning service. They said it was until 5pm. I told them that we were going to go out soon and we would hang the sign so they could come and clean. However, the cleaning staff said they had many other rooms to clean, so they couldn't come back and clean ours later. We had no choice but to allow them to clean the room while we were still in it. I had never experienced anything like this in all my previous travels.

Good location and facilities.

Need big renovation and cleanliness especially in bathroom. I stayed there for a night and left the hotel a night before checkout. It smelled bad at night and I heard cracking one the walls or tubes over the night that made me can’t sleep.

I booked my family here for 4nights and I can say that they were satisfied with their stay. Although the hotel was old, the location was great for them when we did some city tour. Also, when we checked in, the receptionist wasn't that nice. She wasn't even talking nicely to the guest and seemed annoyed, which shouldn't be the case. I think you should improve that for your guests in the future.

I like this hotel. The food is fine and the hotel staff are friendly.

The room and food are ok.But the front desk staff is not professional. They are unhappy to answer any questions though it is common question. I think some of them is a maid and some is doorman.

Good everything

The hotel is tuck in the corner of the road but its a stone throw to the bts. Very convenient to travel to Bitec.

For the price, this hotel is good if you plan to visit the HOLB main store. It’s also close enough to Punnawithi station. Breakfast was really good and given the amount I paid for this, it’s a great deal. Felt like hostel prices for the space and convenience.

The front desk wasn't the most kind, the room was poorly designed and uncomfortable. I put the "not disturb" sign and people entered my room anyway.

I using this hotel whenever come to Bangkok. Because very convenient and service is good.

Very good in all aspects including buffet breakfast.... suitable for Indians ...as they have vegetarian dishes too...clearly marked.... Staff and location excellent.... Only issue I faced was foul smell from toilet ..maybe as property is old ... But room and all the furnishings were good and clean. Central location with 7 11 convenience store opposite to main road...use the skywalk and bang opposite....all convenience nearby including bts sky train
