Mii Hotel Srinakarin Reviews

We recently had our third stay at Mii Hotel, and we look forward to returning every year during our vacations in Thailand. The staff has always treated us with great respect and hospitality, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. This time, we encountered a little challenge during our visit to the spa. We discovered that credit cards can’t be used after midnight, so cash is essential during that time. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any cash on us, as it was the night before our flight. We planned to just swipe our cards. It created a bit of a challenge, and we noticed a slight shift in the staff's demeanor, which is understandable given the situation. As long-time customers, we appreciate the usual warmth of Mii Hotel and hope for a more positive experience next time. However, we quickly resolved the situation by visiting a nearby 7-11, just a short 5-10 minute walk from the hotel to use the ATM, despite the rainy weather. We understand that these things happen, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time at the spa. Overall, this minor incident won’t deter us from staying at Mii Hotel in the future. We truly appreciate the hospitality and comfort the hotel provides and look forward to making more cherished memories there!

I had a great time there, the room was clean, the staff great and helpful and the location awesome, just a few minutes from the sky train and two shopping malls.

Room wise is clean and spacious. Service can be improved. Location not that convinient for me.

Great location, just a short walk to seacon square which is a huge mall, quite a long walk to the night market. Has a shuttle bus to the mall every 2 hours. Bad thing- shuttle bus frequency is too long, then the path to train Station and mall is very unsafe. Long hair in the room (short hair here), afternoon sun in the room, very stuffy. Door and walls not soundproof, can be very noisy if guests return late or housekeeping is very noisy, no gym. Pool was ok.

A Nice clean new hotel … great cafeteria and hospitality from each staff ! Free shuttle is very helpful and serves almost every one through the day!!! Will definitely re visit next time ! Only drawback is a big small swimming pool !

This was a return stay at this hotel and must say that condition has deteriorated since my visit last year. The need to place a cash deposit is also an inconvenience during check-in and causes delays during check-out, especially during peak hours.

Modern & cleanness room

During the pandemic, I visited and stayed at this hotel. I was amazed with the services provided by the front desk and I could even recall the cleanliness of the hotel room. In my recent, I felt the same compared with my last visit. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room is big and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to two big shopping malls. The air conditioning was quiet and strong and hotel staff tendered excellent service.

Clean and comfortable hotel away from the bustle of downtown Bangkok with friendly staff. Bottled water is provided daily. Bathroom has shampoo, body wash, dental kit and others. There is also a safe in the room.

Room is really cozy and warm. Great for couple! Even you come alone but it still really good to enjoy your time in bathtub and chill.
