Front desk staff not the friendliest. In the Arab community so if you okay with this no problem. One room smelt like ****. Location is good lots to do around the hotel

Reception service rude at the first day arrived , it was a man aged around 45-55 ; Room old, broken shower couldn’t tune water temperature

Location is nice, price is good

Close to train station. However along the way there are lots of shops that sell *****. So not so good smell and environment along the area. Not too recommended for travelers with children.

This is a solid hotel. Nothing crazy. It's in an interesting location, but very close to the BTS station and popular nightlife locations. The hotel is modern(ish) and cheap(ish) for what it is. Admittedly, I have found nicer hotels for cheaper, however those are definitely gems. This is a high quality cheap hotel, is what I am trying to say. This is a solid hotel and I would recommend it for the right price. Photo is view from my hotel out onto the street, seeing the BTS train.

Good location and price at times are expensive but when it's on the lower side it's really value for money and convenient

Good place. Location good. Staff really cooperative. Close to Nana Station. I stayed 3 days was really nice and I Enjoyed it.

The front office staff should improve in professionalism and guest handling. Communication and attitude were not consistent with the standard expected. More training would help enhance the guest experience.

A very horrible stay and experience at this hotel property. We booked this hotel based on recommendations. Friends of mine actually told me that it was a good location but, if what you're looking for is to be close to ***********, ***** and the worst that Bangkok can offer. Then the place might be suitable. I do not recommend property at all, there are others that are better. Now let's talk about service, we were checked in by a horrible receptionist from the Philippines. She was unable to communicate nothing in Thai and was completely rude to my girlfriend who check in with me. Absolutely no smile or charisma,  we did not feel welcome at all. The room was very apart, the towels are horrible. All of them torn in the bad state. Awful smell in the quarter. Worst of all, is the lack of communication and customer service between the Bellman and the receptionist. My girlfriend, who was visiting from Laos was refused entry to the floor that we were staying in and had to stay in the lobby for a very long time until she was allowed finally to go up. She did not have a key to the elevator and was told by the bellman that she needed to call me. This is ridiculous. Was she confused for a **********? She registered with her passport as well as I did a check-in. She should have been recognized by the receptionist regardless of the language barrier, that she was just sitting there and waiting in the lobby trying to go up the elevator. Why would the Bellman not communicate to the front desk, even using the phone as a translator to explain that there's a gas that wants to go up? Overall, I made a complaint to the receptionist and she very rudely dismissed my concern saying that she was not involved that she has nothing to do with it. Just a very awful attitude. Receptionist is not suitable for hospitality.  location, service cleaning this was so awful, that I personally left a day earlier forfeiting the rest of my stay.
