Hotel very centralize, shopping, foood, massage are walking distance, hotel service is good, will be my next choice of Bangkok trip

Yr 12209 room rain shower spoiled and the counter staff said will send someone to repair but end up did not.

This is my second time staying at this hotel within 6 mths. As a whole, it was good and comfortable!

The hotel is ok, had paid additional to upgrade to 2 connecting rooms at the Main Tower but was slightly dissatisfied that I was given a room facing the lifts. The room despite having the usual outside corridor noise, it was nice & spacious. The only drawback is the bathroom standing shower leaks water till the floor get very wet and till last day the issue cannot be resolved. A bit disappointed but overall our stay was comfortable. The hotel lobby staff that helps with arrangements of transportation and opening the main lobby doors were very warm and friendly. Excellent service from the hotel staff.

The location is excellent- within easy reach to Big C, Pratunam,Platinum Mall, Central World, the Chitlom / Siam BTS and even the Airport Rail link.

Stayed in the main tower this time. Multiple lifts available so even though I stayed on a high floor, wait for the lift was not too long. The room and toilet were generally clean. Tub had some stains, probably washable but preferred not to use it. Amenities like water, bath soap, etc were available It is a 15-20 min walk to chit lom via the R-Walk. Would have been nice if the hotel provided option of some shuttle services like some other hotels do. It is wheelchair accessible within the room and toilet

Location of hotel was great! Walking distance to Platinum Mall, Palladium Mall, Central World, Big C supermarket. Close to Erawan Shrine too. Morning breakfast was wide spread and good! Will surely visit again.

Staffs attitudes are very good, friendly & helpful. Room are big, clean and comfortable. Location is in central and walking distance to many malls.

On our anniversary, very good swimming, staff friendly upgraded us with no extra charge and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend

service was impressive with friendly and approachable staff available to assist at all times. room is clean, but could have had better lighting in certain parts of the room. location is fantastic if youre intending to visit the usual tourist spots. has smart tv btw~
