Clean and budget friendly. It would be perfect if there’s a fridge on a standard deluxe room.

Great location—just a short walk (less than a minute) to a large 7-Eleven. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed confused at times. The room was decent for the price, but the overall environment was unpleasant—bad smell and poor cleanliness. The blanket wasn’t blackout, so light shined right onto your face—nothing you can do but deal with it 😅. The toilet was okay, but lacked proper air circulation. I suspect the bedsheets were dirty, and during my 3-day stay, they didn’t change the sheets or blanket 🥲. While the location is convenient for walking, the hotel’s condition and atmosphere really need improvement.

The hotel's location in front of the Indonesian restaurant & walk around 100m can find 7/11, need to deposit 500 baht & they will return it back once check out include the receipt. Walk around 1 KM & can find Ratchaprarop station (it's the airport railink reach to Suvarnabhumi airport) also can walk to the Ratchatewi BTS station around 1 KM to reach the Central World & Siam Paragon.

Walking distance to Platinum shopping mall. Staff are very friendly and always friendly to help on my queries.

Not bad for a short stay in Bangkok. Easy to get by Airport rail link. A big 7/11 is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel

This is my second time booking bird room pratunam hotel and It never disappoints. I stayed here with my brother this time bacuse my first time here I was with my mom and she really loved the place. Same with my brother. When we came the receptionist upgraded our room and it was so clean and really comfortable. I will definitely book this again. I was not able to take photos since we we’re here for a limited time only.

Location is good but hotel is dirty and 1st night water heater is nt working, bed sheets got stains. But trip is good, they assisted with the negotiation but this time, shower area is nt safe with the shower gel container nt there but nt fully removed. Easy cut yourself.

Ok i just dont like the strong smell of the room, smells too much bleach on towel , blankets and bedsheet so it goes around the smell of the room

Don't follow Google Maps, it's too far. You can take a shortcut, bypassing another hotel.

Gone for trip for leisure with friends no issue all was well and also good reback for any requirements

Nice hotel with trained staff always ready to help with smiling face ,good location inside alley but everything is near by, highly recommend
