Hot spring Hotels in Balneario Camboriu

Considering the hotel's offer, including prices, it is undoubtedly an excellent option for accommodation in Badenário Camború. Positive points: in front of the sea, excellent breakfast, fast and well-configured lifts (3 in total), team service was very good, parking with valet, even the economic room has wide space, it appears to have suffered from very good room renovation, equipment and furniture (TV, refrigerator, table, boxes, furniture in general) and still with sea side view. Another positive point is Cafecito CO which is attached to the hotel and is undoubtedly an example of the limit that a business can reach in relation to top quality products, Small but super-conscious environment and a very entertained team ... in the torn so one day you open a shop here in Curitiba. I think the only negative point is for the bathroom, which is well functional and clean but part of the bath still needs a reform. I am there for the fourth time, first time by the application. I have always had good experiences there, so when I go to Camborío Banner I prioritize the Sibara hotel. But in that stay it was all wrong, starting with the room, we bought a couple and put us in one with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would assemble the beds to stay in a couple, we would not accept pq would be a division in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us in another room! I had a request for a body trailer to our room, I was not answered. In this new room, there was no hot water, the sanitary vessel was not discharged, it was just perreng! These situations have made me reflect and now when I need to go to the bathroom again, I will check out other hotels.

All perfect, but the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel was quite comfortable, staff were also quite educated, the cost-benefit ratio was very good, considering the hotel prices in the region of Balneário Camború.

We were very welcome, we arrived earlier than check in and offered us to pay half a day and already come in and even enjoy breakfast that is very tasty and varied by sign.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

I didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. Fortunately, on Monday afterwards, unlike the hotel's finance service ”which I didn't want to know”, TRIP gave me the best service and returned the money paid directly to the hotel. I'd be on the street, because I came to the hotel at night.
