This place is a hidden gem, we absolutely loved our stay at Swan Paradise. Every staff were friendly and welcoming, they were available almost every where around the resort. Very attentive and hospitable, we found Sutra and front office particularly helpful, communication through Whatsapp was easy and informative. Strongly recommend Swan Paradise and their team!

The hotel is huge, there are many villas and rooms, which makes the territory somewhat confusing - I had to look for a place with breakfast. The rooms themselves are normal, ordinary, but often in isolated areas from some activity. Be prepared to walk a lot :)

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the price was incredibly cheap, I left feeling mixed about my experience.
Positives:
- nice landscape and pool area
- we also enjoyed the cooking class from the hotel
- the villa is good for family.
First and foremost, We encountered hundreds of bugs in our rooms and large gecko right next to our door at night time. It made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. The property itself needs a lot of fixing to seal all gaps in all doors and windows.
Additionally, the linen provided was not clean. It had stains. The shower had low water pressure.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to cleanliness issues and the lack of attention to detail. I hope they can improve these aspects for future guests.

Super place. Clean, huge territory, several pools, attentive staff, they will take you around the territory with your luggage by car. Delicious breakfast with a gorgeous view. We were extremely satisfied!!

Overall experience was ok. Bathroom doesn’t smell too pleasant and drainage not in the best condition. Breakfast selection very limited. Children loved the bird sanctuary and 3 x pools in the compound.
