"Hotel In the city and near to changgu beach, room is good and friendly staff. Overall is good but staff need more communicate with all department because I book the room including breakfast but in the next day, I have to go on trip in early morning 5:30 AM so we talk with the reception they said they can prepare breakfast box for us because breakfast will start at 7 AM and we check out early but when we came at reception area to check out at 5:30 AM, they said our breakfast box is not available because they got the detail that we will pick up breakfast at 7:30 AM that is not correct because I thought we already talk with the reception that we will collect it 5.30 am"

"The resort was really nice. Very secluded and relaxing. The staff were wonderful. The only drawbacks for me were that there was nothing around, and the menu selection at the restaurant was very limited."

"Booked a Superior room which is the cheapest type. The hotel lobby was nice and service is friendly. Room was quite basic for the price range but clean. It didn't have nice view and the aircon system was noisy. Location wise, not much around but the Seminyak area is close by car. Lovely pool and resto area for this price range. There are other nicer room types which have a pool view and even direct access. I recommend booking room categories other than the cheapest type. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment."

"We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! The atmosphere and style are truly wonderful, and we felt comfortable and inspired throughout. The breakfasts were very diverse and delicious, and the rooms were stylish, modern, and very cozy. The only downside was that there were quite a lot of Indian guests, and it was sometimes noisy at night because of them, but apart from that, everything was excellent. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their warm hospitality and the great service. Our experience was unforgettable, and we are truly grateful!"

"I took my child and their friend to Bali and we booked the Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort and Spa based on three key things: 1. The room type 2. The location 3. The price. 1. Room type I had been looking around for a room type that allowed us to all be in the same room but separated to a degree, for a bit of privacy for the two thirteen year olds away from the adult, without having to resort to the usual bunk bed options that are presemted in Bali. The Condong suite meets these needs, the two bed areas a good distance apart, and there are also two separate bathrooms and showers. The room itself is a bit dated and could do with USB charging points as an example, but it is clean and spacious and if you want a 5 star, go and pay for one. This met our needs. There are two tv's with a host of channels and smart capabilities allowing you to login to Youtube, Netflix etc. Just remember to log out of the apps when you leave! 2. The Location It is in Jimbaran and literally across a small road on the beach. You have plenty of options for eating in the area and it is small walk to the main Jimbaran markets and eateries, or a nice 20 min walk on the beach down to the Le Meridien / Movenpick beach side, where there are more restaurants and activity. There is a small mini mart just acround the corner, about a 4 min walk, and it is a safe walk with enough pedestrian access most of the way except for the ditch on the left around the corner. Be careful if you are walking there at night, use a torch if needed. The area is safe and has a mix of tourists and local families down on the beach which makes for a pleasant afternoon, sunset or evening down at any of the beach clubs or restaurants. Download the 'MyBluebird' app for cheaper and gps driven taxis, don't try hail any. You can opt for fixed price knowing exactly how much it is to get from A to B. As an example it cost us IDR86,000 one day to get from the hotel to Ulawatu temple, but IDR126,000 on the way back. Traffic can be bad around the area but you get there. Worth looking at the hotel's transport as well. A bit more pricier but you get more decent cars than the Bluebirds, which are usually older sedans or hatchbacks. 3. The price Always keep an eye out for deals. Trip.com was the cheapest by far for the same dates, same rates, same inclusions. The price was competitive compared to other hotels in the area and was fair for the amenities, location of the hotel. All in all, a great hotel for us, with impeccable service at all times, from room service to laundry to transport. The facilities are good, it is clean and the food options are good. With a small investment in room charging like USB's, this would be helpful for families instead of having to lug chargers and adapters everywhere."

"The first night we arrived, the room was not well prepared. Many mosquitoes and room feels humid, no tooth brush, and floor was dusty. Breakfast was ok, not many to choose. Service was good, after feedback to the reception, the room was better cleaned for subsequent stays."

"Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great."

"Excellent place to stay- you’re a very short walk away from everything in Kuta, and yet you’re completely insulated from the noise of the streets.  My only complaints are that the walls are thin between rooms (we could hear the people in the next room using the toilet and ****** ***) and the management should make one of the swimming pools for adults only. If you want to relax by the pool, it would be nice to not have to listen to screaming children."
